Very pleasant stay! We stayed 4 days in Fossacesia with our children aged 1 and 4, and we had a really good time at Simona's house. The house is equipped with everything and Simona was very kind to provide us with the high chair and a very appreciated welcome with breakfast basket upon request. The location in front of the sea is really priceless, both for the possibility of using the terrace for meals and for the convenience of crossing the street and being on the beach. Also very convenient is the presence of the garage with a direct entrance to the condominium.

This was a wonderful place for us to relax and wind down. Right near the beach and many fantastic restaurants, Gelato and Grocery stores. Alessandro made us feel welcome and right at home.

Our family of 4 had a great stay with a beautiful, clean and spacious home. Stunning views of the beach located across the street. Great shopping and restaurants all within walking distance. Marco was an amazing host and always readily available, when needed. We had a wonderful vacation in this home.

We loved our stay at the apartment. Francesca was a very nice person and she even stored our cases for us for a couple of days , which we really appreciated. We loved the little treats she left for us and sitting on the little balcony and looking out to the beach was wonderful. We even swam a couple of times, as the ocean is just across the road. If we could give a higher score than 5 stars, we would! Thanks for a lovely stay!

The room is really central, perfect for those who want to experience the city center on foot! The environment is beautiful, tastefully furnished and welcoming. In general, the cleanliness was good, although I found some dust in some corners. The bed was slightly uncomfortable, but still suitable for short stays. Fabrizio was immediately very helpful and kind. Despite these small details, I highly recommend this property for its unbeatable location and pleasant atmosphere!

Beautiful apartment facing the ocean. Very comfortable and newly renovated. The terrace is lovely with a great view.

The Host Alessandro was immediately available to respond to our requests and provide useful information for the stay. He even found us a local confectionery specialty (Bocconotti) as a welcome. The apartment was clean and well furnished with all comforts. Alessandro also gave us a can of oil he produced. Simply put, it made us feel at home in our home. Great experience!!!! Highly recommended !!!!!

The host is very conscientious and responded promptly to questions. The apt and building were spotless. Many restaurants close by. Excellent beach almost at your door. Would highly recommend this property.

Where can I start...loved it, loved it, loved it! So much so that we asked to stay an extra night. The whole place is spotless, the grounds are beautiful and the staff makes you feel at home. Having the use of bycicles was very handy to get around too. Thank you, Village Tibiceco!

Gabriele welcomed us into his little apartment for seven days: we are a family of three people and, although I consider it ideal for two, we had no space problems. A stone's throw from the sea, a quiet area, in a few words the cure-all for those who need rest and relaxation. Since I had a wedding in Pescara, I decided to indulge in some relaxation among the olive trees of Silvi... The house is beautiful and clean, in a relaxing and quiet area! Brunella and Gaetano were kind and helpful hosts, they gave me tips on where to get the best brunch, the nearest beaches and the most interesting places to see in the surrounding area. The hammock overlooking the sea was my favorite part of the house!!

We stayed two weeks in this apartment I can only say that the level of hospitality is really rare! There's all the essentials in the house. In addition, Valter and Daniela offer you everything you need for a great breakfast and a wonderful bread from the L'Aquila. Another service I really enjoyed in addition to the beach umbrella,is the bikes, one of which has a child seat. Beautiful area! Thanks again Giulia

This was our second time in Roseto and we got the apartment for a fantastic price. The view from the balcony was unprecedented.. seriously you could stand there all day looking at the beach of the mountains! It was such an easy stay with Lucilla offering her help every step of the way. Very close to shops and literally ten steps to the beach and with such a beautiful apartment, we are now looking to come back again very very soon! Awesome place to recover your mental health. The view is unbelievable! We stayed here for about a month and it was sad to leave. My wife and I spent happy time here. We will definitely come back. Francesco is a great owner, probably one of the best we’ve met so far.
