Cosy apartment in a quiet neigbourghood with wonderful view over the hills and the sea. Excelent parking place in the shade. Stefano's family was very friendly and helpful.

Great location in a beautiful resort area. Very nice, clean, comfortable apartment for a couple. We really liked that pets are allowed. There is a terrace with a view of the sea, which is always nice for spending evenings and watching the sun set. It is valuable that the apartment has air conditioning. The beach is within walking distance, and there are at least 3 shopping centers just a few minutes away from the apartment. If you want a clean, cozy apartment with comfortable beds, I highly recommend it. I would gladly visit again myself.

Apartment as expected, impeccable cleanliness, strategic location in the center of Martinsicuro with the sea less than 100 meters away, parking on site always available, what more can you ask for to make a holiday unforgettable. That said, a special mention should be made of Manuela, the owner. She is hospitality personified, but with a capital H, always present without ever being invasive. He welcomed us and our cat right away, making us feel at home. I'd say goodbye to Manuela, Giovanna, Alex, and Totò

I stayed at Morena's place 10 days in August with my family. The apartment is equipped with everything you need for a vacation and my three-year-old also felt at home. Morena is a wonderful person, very helpful. I recommend this solution to those who use this solution, especially if you want to experience the sea, which is a stone's throw away. we felt right at home, the place was so cozy and spacious. everything was clean and exactly as described. it’s a great location as it’s in walkable distance from city centre. lots of restaurants around for food and a big tigre supermarket close as well which came in handy. we absolutely loved this place and i can’t wait to be back.

For us now the 3rd time we have booked with Marina and Luigi. Cottage is neat and super clean! And upon arrival there was a bottle of wine ready with some refreshments. Located near highway, but was not annoying for us. Close to beach, both with sunbeds and free pieces. Plenty to see in the area.

The apartment has a prime location, right on the beach promenade and very close to the pedestrian zone of Guilianova. The great, very large terrace and the parking space in the underground parking garage should be emphasized. All rooms include air conditioning. However, the room with the single bed is very small. The apartment is definitely recommended for a beach vacation. Our dog was also allowed to come, but no dogs are allowed in the beach resorts. That should be borne in mind.

Clean and basic, good for the beach

Marco's house was exceptional, located very close to the sea, accessible and within walking distance. The accommodation was perfectly clean, spacious, with all the accessories available for me and my family. Everything went smoothly, Marco proved to be impeccable, very kind and always available. I absolutely recommend staying at his Airbnb!

I enjoyed my stay. Roberto provided very good insights about the surrounding area. What I loved most, is that he provided a bicycle! The beach is close and quiet, not very touriste, but if you prefer busy, it's very close. One thing... it's very close to a major road AND train tracks.

Comfortable, clean accommodation with attention to the smallest details. Host available, clear and friendly. I'll be back at the first time.

Our experience at this property was extremely positive; Marcello's welcome was undoubtedly perfect; nice, polite and very clear in the directions. The cleanliness of the apartment is perfect; very clean bathroom, bed, sheets and wardrobe as well, and this is not a given, as we have unfortunately been able to ascertain in other facilities. Wonderful place in the San Grasso region.

The apartment is a few meters from the beach and is well equipped! The terrace is private and very large. Unfortunately, the hot tub did not work during our stay, which we found very unfortunate, maybe we will have more luck next time. Thank you Lorenza for the lovely stay!

Everything is perfect!

A beautiful , well designed apartment with fantastic views looking across to the centro storico. The en-suite bathrooms are a real bonus. It is on the third floor but there is a lift with one flight of stairs. It is located close to the main sites so the car can be parked up in the secure area and forgotten. Alessandra was very enthusiastic and helpful. We would definitely recommend this apartment.

Beautiful property, everything faithfully corresponding to the photos and description of the listing. It is a small but beautiful regenerating oasis of tranquility and beauty, excellent for leaving behind hectic rhythms and stress. Amelia and her partner are excellent hosts, always available for any need and never intrusive. We will definitely be back!!

I highly recommend this place! The house was spacious and a breathtaking view opened from the windows that left speechless. It is located in the heart of Fermo, near Piazza del Popolo, and just like a small museum it perfectly preserves the style of the eighteenth century. Chiara and her husband were very kind and helpful. The apartment is on the second floor and Chiara's husband helped me bring my luggage both on arrival and departure. Chiara prepared a breakfast cake for me-it was delicious! I felt all the warmth and care with which it was done. It was a real pleasure staying in such a fascinating place.

We were able to spend a wonderful and relaxing time at the La Chiocciola Resort. The rooms were not only cozy, but also always clean, which made our stay all around pleasant. Particularly noteworthy is the warm hospitality of the landlords, who take care of the well-being of their guests in a wonderful way. The furnishings of the living spaces, especially the kitchen, were excellent and left nothing to be desired. We were able to prepare delicious meals and enjoy the time together. Another highlight was the spacious and well-kept garden, which invited you to linger. It was the perfect place to kick back and enjoy nature. A special experience for us was the hot tub, which offered a welcome relaxation after a long day of exploring. We look back with joy and fond memories on our stay and can fully recommend the La Chiocciola Resort. We will be happy to come back!!!
