Very well located and bright accommodation. close to the sea of Malo-les-Bains, many restaurants within walking distance. Market on Place Turenne on Tuesdays and its shops around. Free bus that takes us to Dunkirk or others, very rare. Close to Calais, Belgium...

We rented both of Jean Cassien's apartments for the 2025 Spring Ball weekend. In addition to having a great time with friends and being able to enjoy a sumptuous ball, we found these two apartments one above the other extremely practical, very well furnished and well thought out. The location is perfect and Jean Cassien was very responsive from the time of booking until the end of the weekend, which made it easy to organize. I indicate for the benefit of all that Jean Cassien found the wallet of one of the participants in one of the apartments and proactively took the steps to report it to us and that he will retrieve it

Claude was very responsive and helpful in his instructions of how to find the property and parking space. The accommodation was very homely, comfortable and had everything we needed (including binoculars!) The view from the lounge was outstanding, as it is right on the beach front. There is loads to do and see in De Panne. The shopping centre is about a 10 minute walk, with a supermarket there. There are lots of bars and restaurants nearby. We enjoyed a meal at Azzurro pizza place that's a few apartments down, and Colosseo a bit further on the promenade. Summer 16 is also great for frozen Margaritas, waffles and chocolate covered strawberries. Thank you Claude for sharing this little piece of heaven!

The location of the apartment is just perfect! Ocean view in all directions! The underground parking space and space for bicycles are also very practical. Grieth welcomed us very warmly and helps out with everything necessary! The bed is large and very comfortable. We will definitely be coming back!

The apartment is very comfortable from every point of view. The kitchen is fully equipped with dishes and accessories, nothing is missing. There's even an assortment of various spices! The possibility of a garage in the building is a plus, even if in low season you can easily find parking spaces in the nearby neighborhood. The only downside is the current construction site in the channel that spoils the view a little at the foot of the building. But the view of the piers, sea and dunes remains beautiful both during the day and at night.

All in order. A pleasant apartment, fantastically located. Very easy, correct and friendly communication with Benjamin!

David and his partner are lovely people and they offer a very pleasant place to stay and very well served close to all services. We went there as part of the Dunkirk Carnival and were able to access the dike very easily. I frankly recommend this place and the owners who make it available because you will undoubtedly have a great stay.

The accommodation is excellent, very clean, very comfortable and warm and has everything you could possibly need, top-of-the range furniture, fittings and linen. Also, very tastefully decorated. Alexandre is a phone call away if needed. There is a very good supply of tourist information available and Alexandre also sent links to other places we might like. He sends a very useful video when you book of the short 2 minute walk from the communal car parking area to the property, very useful since there is no parking or drop-off facility at the house itself. Thoroughly recommended

Very nice house in a very nice location. Great if you like walking in dunes or on the beach. There are also some games and toys for kids. EV-charging around the corner. There were some minor things in the house that needed fixing. I'm sure they will be taken care of by the time you visit.

Large place, easy to find and good value

we had a great time i recommend this place that complies with the description I would even say better when you realize the cleanliness of the place as well as the spa and decor ,everything is made to measure with small touches .bravo to the owners of the premises .

Ines' apartment is perfect for a short stay as a family with children, the proximity to the beach and sea are outstanding. We felt very comfortable and can recommend the apartment. The contact with Randy (on site) was always very polite, respectful and helpful.

Great stay with very friendly hosts. The apartment is well cared for and everything is available and plenty of crockery etc. We enjoyed the stay and it is really recommended for anyone who wants to go to the coast and is looking for an apartment with fantastic views.

We had a very pleasant and relaxing family weekend in Marianne's beautiful apartment, very comfortable, modern , with all the necessary equipment. The decoration is tastefully done and the bedding is of high quality. We greatly appreciated the immediate proximity to the dike and the beach. Marianne is also a very responsive host, the communication was very smooth. The apartment is ideal for families with children. The 2 parking spaces are a plus. We recommend it without hesitation and will most likely be back.

Very nice apartment with fantastic views! The ebb and flow of the tide can be observed from the window, great! Inexpensive parking is right outside the front door. The exchange with Frits and Myriam was also very good!

Virgine's house is very nice, we had a very fulfilling and enjoyable holiday, the sea is right in front of you, you can stroll along the beach, there are also very good hiking trails around, you can also go to nearby cities to experience French customs... this is an unforgettable and wonderful time...

lovely appartment with good sized rooms, with car parking and right by the beach. Nice to have plenty of towels and everything we needed in the appartment. Lisette made check in and checkout easy with easy late check out.
