Beautiful completely refurbished 50 m2 apartment on the 2nd FLOOR WITHOUT ELEVATOR of a small, quiet and peaceful century-old Malouine condominium. Come and enjoy this exceptional view while having an aperitif comfortably seated on the balcony. Apartment located 100 m from Malo-les-Bains beach! It has been fully renovated and will welcome you on 2 levels for pleasant moments by the sea. It is located in a southwest facing courtyard where it will be nice to have a meal. The courtyard is the same as us, we will cross each other there but it has been arranged to have each their own privacy! Guests can park their car nearby and discover the most beautiful houses in Malo just a few meters away!

Very nice in summer 😁 we can lend you 4 bikes (1 man 2 women and 1 girl)we do not accept any responsibility, two deckchairs are available in the second courtyard. free bus, shopping and rosendael market 1 min away... 12 min walk to the beach. and 4 min by bike a key box and available at the entrance, so you can arrive whenever you want
