Newly remodeled private house across the street from Malmok Beach, 17 minute walk to: high rise hotels, hotel beaches, restaurants, malls, movie theater, casinos, night life, bowling, lighthouse, etc. 10 min walk to: Hadicurari beach where you can do windsurfing, kite surfing and other water sports, Arashi beach great for snorkeling and scuba diving. The airbnb was prefect. It was very clean and had everything we needed. There was plenty of beach towels, chairs and coolers. There are nearby coffee shops and GREAT local pastry shop, also a close by grocery store. You are less than 5min from a beech and very close to lighthouse with a beautiful view. It was great to have a pool and rooftop decks with awesome views. The beds are super comfortable I slept great. The glass doors and windows are so well made you don't hear any outside noise. The AC works great and you can individually control each room. We are definitely going to go to Aruba again and will stay here. David and his team are GREAT

Will definitely will be back. Loved the location. Not the beach, but short drive to everything we did. Once checked in you had plenty of places to relax (hammock, front porch, pool area) and did not have to be inside. All the amenities needed for our stay. You felt like you were leaving friends that you have know for a long time.

This place was a perfect vacation spot. It was a very clean house, in a safe neighbourhood and very close to everything. He met us and provided drinks and snacks which was enjoyed by all after a long day of traveling. He provided us with restaurant and beach recommendations. To top it off he even drove us to one of our pickup locations for an excursion. The pool was amazing and well maintained.

We spent 12 nights in Villa Moscardini including the studio which perfectly suited our family group of 10 people. The studio was a great match to my parents who wanted some privacy. The villa provided plenty of room for the remaining 8 of us (4 adults + 4 children aged 9-13). It was super nice that all 4 bedrooms had ensuite bathroom, and a great bonus with the 5th guest/shared bathroom in the house and very convenient with the extra toilet room outside in the pool area. House keeping, pool cleaning and gardening was carried out regularly and all the staff was excellent. As we travelled from very far away the separate shower, beach and pool towels was really appreciated, together with all other equipment the villa came with (umbrellas, chairs and cooler for the beach, snorkeling gear, floaties, etc. Viktor was so service minded and responded quickly to any inquiry we had. We also rented a car from Viktor which gave us the freedom to explore Aruba and all it has to offer. Thank you! ❤️

As advertised, great location near super foods and Eagle beach. Host meat us when we arrived showed us everything. Even had nice beach chairs and a coolers for the beach. Very quiet location, nice pool, two full bath rooms. Well equipped we will stay there again. Beds clean and comfortable. Had a place to secure our car inside a fenced in area at night. Had no issues felt safe. First time using Airbnb would use them again. All positive comments on Laura Place Thanks Laura Michael B

George was an awesome host that was very friendly and responsive. He even offered to take us to the airport for our car rental. His place was clean and spacious enough for four people. I would definitely recommend this place for anyone traveling to Aruba. Just something to keep in mind is that it's about a 20 minute walk to the beach but only 5 minutes by car.

Stanley & Vicky are amazing! Great communication throughout our trip. Stan greeted us arriving and leaving. Place was perfect for our family. Loved everything! Place was so great. All bedrooms spread out nicely for privacy. Every bedroom had their own private full bath. The whole property is designed great! Outside small pool, patio furniture, bar, grill, all wonderful. It had all pots, pans, utensils, blender for drinks, 12 cup coffee maker, toaster, oven etc..we even grilled out one evening. The food is fabulous in Aruba. Do not have to cook if you do not want to. I recommend renting a car to see all the beaches and sites. If you do not wish to rent a car, they do have taxis, or the bus. There is a beach view from the rooftop. The beach is too far to walk in the Aruban sun. This place is a gem! Highly recommend it!
