The glass in the living room and the spacious terrace provides unique views regardless of the time of day or year (the houses have a fireplace and central heating). The shared area consists of extensive lawn areas and a vegetable garden.

Welcome to a new, all-season holiday home in Masuria. The house has 160m2, a large living room with a fireplace, a well-equipped kitchen, 4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a sauna and a terrace. It is a comfortable, beautifully decorated space for 8 people. You will spend your vacations in Bartosze, a small village located 4km from Elk, a beautiful Masurian city. At a distance of 150m there are 2 beaches on Lake Sunowo, and the area offers forest trails, bicycle and canoe routes.

The apartment is located on the 3rd floor, elevator, near the restaurant, close to the center. The price includes a parking space in the garage. In addition, two bicycles are available to guests. Great place to work remotely (high-speed wifi available). Great place to relax. I offer an airport transfer for a fee.
