Wnętrze zostało całkowicie wyremontowane, jest to zupełnie niezależny dwupoziomowy apartament. 15 minut pieszo od centrum miasta. W bliskiej odległości znajdują się dwa parki, sklepy spożywcze i stacja benzynowa. 5 minut do przystanku autobusowego, 10 minut do przystanku tramwajowego. Z lotniska kursuje bezpośredni autobus. Bezpośrednio przed wejściem miejsce postojowe.
