The house was comfortable to accomodate 13 of us😊👍 They had different spaces we could spend time together like the pool, the billard table and the 2nd level games area.

The house is same like the photo, Very clean and comfortable house . Quiet environment,but a little far from the city Others are satisfied, great value for money

it's amazed when you enter the house to the pool..beautiful, tidy, quiet, the kitchen is fully equipped.. the living room room all have air conditioning..recommended!

We had a wonderful stay at this homestay! The place is very clean.. every room is very tidy and comfortable.: the porch is huge can fit up to 5 cars..the amenities are beyond our expectations.. the location also very easy to find via google maps.. The host are very attentive, very responsive, and very helpful. We are so grateful.. highly recommended!!

Pretty house; clear check in check out instructions; the house is generally clean; need to carry luggage up the stairs to reach the house, so people with leg problem may have difficulty.

everything was perfect for staying but not kids friendly because no barrier gate at the stair. afraid that kids will fall down if play near the living room.

We came for our family day.. its a new place, hence everything looks great and clean. Great spot for reunion cos outdoor space is very spacious. The only cons is the living room and the kitchen are quite small. But since we didnt cook as much and already had our food catered, so we are ok with it. Host and caretaker are also very responsive. We enjoyed our stay!

the house just like description , but maybe need to relocated back on maps/ waze cause sometimes i got the wrong lane 😅 other than that , all are amazing & working as advertised . thanks host for the assistance along our stay here .

My family and I had an amazing weekend getaway in the cottage. The house is super cosy & the aesthetic is really giving us the chill vibes - the dining area has got to be my fav space in the house. Eric is a great host & easily contactable. My entire family finds this house super comfortable to live in & would definitely be happy to be back in the cottage for our next malacca trip! The only downside was that we didn’t know how to work the TV as there were no channels on it. Apart from that little downside, everything else was great!

The unit has an open rooftop. Most importantly it’s pet friendly! So we all family can stay n gather

superb host.Xin was responsive and thoughtful. Was given access into the Villa earlier than expected. Thank you so much,Xin. Even when checking out, was understanding to the delay by my guest's transport to go back to Singapore due to heavy traffic jam. Apart from all this, my guest from Singapore,Penang and K.L were satisfied with the rooms and had a nice time having fun with all the facilitied onboard. Whatever needs to be improved, i have told Xin...so other than that...i would rate our stay here for 2 nights an A+++. Highly recommended to anyone wanting to rent a homestay for gathering or functions like wedding,annivesaries or just to hangout. Villamax is that place!
