The place was really nice i felt like i was at a cozy home. The checkin was easy and smooth and the room was clean and big! Eventho they dont have netflix or streaming they provide u the downloaded movies in the tv. Had a great time styaing there its quiet and privacy as well.

The minute my friends and I stepped into Casugria, we already felt the hospitality and warmth from our hosts Sam and Natasha. Upon arrival, they helped us with our luggage and offered us welcome snacks and drinks. We got clear instructions of check-in/ check-out, a run-through of where and how to use the amenities and even what time breakfast would be ready. Everything was neat and even the saltwater pool was being cleaned while we checked in for ease of mind. Sam even offered to lend us his workout equipment which was amusing! (but very kind of him). Throughout our stay, Sam and Natasha shared nuggets of history about their Airbnb property and shared stories of Peranakan weddings and traditions. What pulled us in were the amazing food recommendations that they gave us. As we wanted to avoid crowds, they led us to a lot amazing local gems that were truly authentic to the Melaka heritage. While they do stay on the Airbnb premises, their house was attached to our room, we still felt like we almost had the whole place to ourselves. They were even nice enough to let us use the pool a little after the standard pool hours (10pm). But of course, courtesy is a two-way street, and we lowered our noise levels to make sure we didn't disturb anyone. Even after we left the airbnb, they still texted us to make sure we reached out next destination safe, something no airbnb host I've ever met have done so far. They didn't have to, it's not a requirement, but sometimes it's the little things that matter even more. What really hooked me in was how they seem to live up to the real values of what Airbnb was created for in the first place: To create a place where people can belong. For that, I will definitely make this my frequent vacation home. See you all again!

We had a great time at Natasha’s with our 4yo, who enjoyed the pool tremendously too. Natasha, Ian, and Elizabeth really took care of us from start to finish, and at the same time, we never felt like our privacy was intruded. I think the best thing was the homemade breakfast every morning to be honest. I’ve never had that at any other Airbnb establishment I stayed at. My son and husband’s favourite thing on the other hand is the natural saltwater pool! Location wise, we are within walking distance to major malls. Jonker is about 20-30 minute walk away, manageable in the evenings when the weather is cooler. On hotter days, we just called for a Grab if we didn’t want to drive. It’s pretty straightforward. The stay at Casugria was actually the highlight of our trip in Malacca, as it was homely and comfortable.

Ok.. Clean room and spacious.... A little bit far from jongker street.. But still only about 5 minutes using grab

Cheap and comfortable Rooms are comfortable .. Satisfied Close to Town .. Delicious food stalls are also close to Je 🥰😍 SGI Hotel is the Best 👍👍👍👍👍👍

Just Okay for rest 1 day in malacca dont expect too much. Clean and nice. Also the staff is very helpful. But the picture is not the same when you enter the room. Slightly disappointed but as long as netflix ada and function, then okaylah.

best place to stay in the middle of the city in Melaka. easy to check in. friendly staffs. definitely will repeat soon. 10/10.

The place is a great location however there were blood stains on the linens when we arrived. The towels were not present in the unit when we arrived. Had to go to the reception to ask for them. But they front desk girl was super nice. Would recommend other to come here again. Thanks Kenneth for letting my family and j stay at your home. Cheers !
