The center is a 10-minute walk, near Dubki Park, Pravika Park, Tax Academy, Beautiful courtyard with pine trees, with a children's playground, parking in the yard,supermarkets, pharmacy, beauty salon, coffee shop, pizzeria. The apartment has automatic heating, heated floor in the bathroom.
