Absolutely beautiful studio that overlooks a valley filled with Kangaroos, Rabbits and plenty of birds. Driving into this property i was blown away by how gorgeous this place is in person. The studio gets plenty of sun, and is less than a 5 min walk away from Audrey Wilkinson. The location of the property is perfect, as it felt very private yet was so close to everything that Pokolbin had to offer! Sally was very responsive, making our check in & stay feel seamless. She also recommended some local eateries, and was very kind and welcoming. Genuinely can’t recommend this place enough, the whole experience was a 10/10 and i’m looking forward to coming here again. Thank you so so much Sally and Iain for hosting us!

My mother and I absolutely loved staying here. Inside and out was actually even better than the photos showed. Was a comfortable, tidy, modern, quiet space. Outside with the spa, pool and sauna made us feel like we were in a resort in Bali. Given the chance we will definitely stay again.

A beautiful house in a fantastic spot near Birubi beach and the Tomaree Coastal walk. The layout is great and the house is very stylish. The spa was awesome. Seem small at first but really deep and heats up within 2.5 hours. Plenty of space in the house for a family of 5. Walkable to Birubi beach (10 mins) which is patrolled with a cafe and is great for boogie boarding. Join the coastal walk only 1 min walk away, bring hiking boots as can be a bit muddy/rocky.

Beautifully furnished and equipped home in a great location for exploring the Hunter Valley. Yon & Pamela are friendly, responsive hosts with lots of great winery and restaurant recommendations. Really enjoyed our stay!

A great property to base yourself while in Shoal Bay. 10 minute walks into Shaol Bay, or to the beaches. To have Wreck beach 10 minute walk from your door is fantastic. Beds are extremely comfortable and the house was perfect for what we wanted. If we do get the opportunity to visit Shoal Bay again, we defiantly hope to stay here again.

This is the second time I have stayed here and it is a beautiful home for a weekend away for one as a retreat or for a family getaway. Thoroughly enjoyable.

Bobs Balcony was a great place for 4 couples to meet for a weekend get together. Well equipped kitchen with lots of supplies, was very handy. Had everything we needed, clean and comfortable. Would definitely stay at Bobs Balcony again. Thank Kim!

We had a fantastic stay with everything we needed at the house. The house layout, yard, pool was fantastic. The house was so clean and had literally everything we needed. Great place to stay with family or if you want to be close to the golf course.

We had a great stay! The house is relatively new, clean, and exactly what we needed for our trip. It was super handy having easy access to the garage and the location was really central—close to shops and everything we needed. The host was fantastic—very responsive and helpful throughout our stay. Would happily stay again!

Sonya’s place was great! Huge house to spread out in - all very clean and very well equipped. Comfy beds, big smart TV and all the amenities as well. Would recommend to bigger groups going to the Hunter region

Trisha and Ray’s place is lovely! Better than the photos! It was perfect for what we needed. It would work great for a family or two small families as it has two lounge areas so kids can be in one and adults in the other :) There was a great array of toys for our son and everything is lovely and new in the house. Beds are large and super comfortable! The pancake ingredients for brekkie was so thoughtful! Trisha and Ray were so lovely to deal with. Nothing was too much trouble. Would highly recommend

Loved the house. The layout was perfect. Bedrooms not close together, 2 bathrooms, everything elese in between. The views are stunning. Love having cows, horses and sheep roaming close. Loved it.

A beautiful comfortable home. Having the upstairs living area meant that kids could hang out seperate to the adults making our big group trip less overwhelming lol.

We really enjoyed our stay at Gramercy. The house is beautiful! The furnishings and decor is of high quality and felt luxurious. The hosts really thought of everything we might need and all the little touches were appreciated. Every room was perfect. Outside there was a wonderful lounge area with an open fireplace and outside dining. Close to town for shops and perfect location for driving to the wineries and local activities.

We spent 2 nights over the Easter weekend at Graham's home and it was a beautiful and peaceful weekend away. The check in process was smooth and easy. We arrived to Easter treats, fresh bread, milk, and butter which we really appreciated. On check out day, we were super grateful to Graham voluntarily offering late check out so we could take our time leaving the premises in a stress-free manner. Would highly recommend this to anyone wanting a relaxing weekend getaway.

Wade’s place is very comfortable and feels right at home. We are very impressed with the private hot tub, which is perfect for relaxing during the cold winter nights. The oranges from the orange tree at the backyard is also very juicy and tasty, we enjoyed them very much. The place feels right at home and it is very cozy, loved the thoughts put behind the design of the whole house a lot :) We had a very pleasant stay here and would recommend anyone visiting Hunter Valley to stay at Wade’s lovely accommodation.

Great location in Cessnock. Walking distance to the centre of the town which has everything you need. From supermarkets to breakfast places. Short drive to the vineyards as well. Would recommend to all.

Everything was clean and well equipped. Location was great with access to lots of local parks and a short driver to all amenities. The unit was private, quiet and comfortable.
