Help yourself to veggies in the garden and any fruit that is ready in the orchard. Separate kitchen with cooking facilities and everyone’s favourite is the tropical feel outdoor shower and bath - bliss!

My place is a sunny, charming bijou apartment in an 1880s villa, just a 10-min walk to the historic cathedral, cafés, alfresco dining, and the famous Nelson Saturday Market. It’s close to the Maitai River, with cycle paths, walks, swimming spots, and picnic areas. There is a private outdoor garden with lounge chairs, a BBQ grill, grapes and feijoas. My place comfortably sleeps two, with an en-suite bathroom. A fold-out chair bed and extra bedding can accommodate a third guest if needed. Enjoy!

Listed for one person, please inquire regarding extra guests. Bay window with lovely garden outlook, plenty of storage, and space for you to prepare and enjoy breakfast or snacks. We live in a lovely central area of Nelson and have a private separate area downstairs. This area has a queen bed, private bathroom and separate entrance. It is 10 minutes walk to supermarkets, cafes, takeaways and town . Recently renovated everything is crisp and new with a smart tv and air conditioning . There is outdoor seating and off road parking . We live upstairs and are happy to help you enjoy your time here in Nelson.
