The apartment is part of our single-family home, has a separate entrance and a private parking space right by the house. We renovated our basement apartment in 2020 and refurbished it with a lot of love for detail. Our apartment is a non-smoking apartment, pets are not allowed.

We offer 2 small attic rooms with a small kitchen and private bathroom in a detached house in the upper city of Mainz for rent. One room is equipped with a bed (1 x 2 m), chest of drawers, armchair and small table, the other has a chaise longue, chest of drawers and built-in closet. TV and Internet radio are provided. The bathroom consists of a toilet, sink and bathtub. Downtown and the university are about 15 min. walk. Bus station is 50 m away.

The studio apartment is located on the ground floor of a 3 party house with separate access. The apartment is completely newly furnished and renovated. A large kitchen and bathroom provide a feel-good atmosphere. The tram stops 50m in front of the house. The city center and train station can be reached in 7 minutes on foot. The apartment is located on the roof of a multi-story house and therefore offers a detached living situation. The host and his family live directly below the apartment on the fourth floor. The host occasionally makes the apartment available via Airbnb to cover some of the high costs.

It is ideal for one person who would like to explore the attractions of the historical city of Mainz.
