Super nice hosts and very lovingly designed apartment. Highly recommend.

Samantha's place is great. I lived there for 10 days and felt almost like at home :) Surroundings are beautiful, area is quiet and safe. You can hear birds chanting which was beautiful experience. Flat was very clean, warm and comfortable. If you like it - you can chill in the backyard (garden/patio) listening to birds, wind and watching beautiful big tree in front of your flat. It's a great place which I would visit again with pleasure :)

We had a really nice time, the cottage is very cozy and everything needed was available. Shopping was also quick to do nearby. There was a great nursery in the neighborhood. And we had nice conversations with the landlord. We will be happy to come back.

Judith and Jürgen are super hosts. We've never had a place that was so well thought out in so many details. From first aid box to olive oil, there were great amenities that went far beyond the usual. We felt very comfortable. It started when you booked. Judith pointed out that in addition to the Casa Loft there is also the apartment La Mansarda and we can eat all meals in the Casa Loft.

We were completely satisfied! Very cozy and well-equipped cottage incl. garden and a wonderful fireplace. Unobstructed views of the Thuringian Forest. Numerous hiking trails right outside the front door. Great hosts! Once again, a heartfelt thank you to Wilfried, who helped us twice when our car battery succumbed to the frosty temperatures. We will be happy to come back! :-)

Hubert and Eva are warm and gracious hosts; they have many brochures about the Romantic Road and provide a lot of helpful tips about places to visit. Hubert met us when we arrived in the evening and showed us the huge apartment over their home, located in a very quiet residential street. Great location – less than 10 minutes to Rothenburg and just 5 min. to the Aldi and Lidl stores. Many nearby charming towns are close enough for enjoyable day trips, and the hosts let us park our car in their driveway. There was so much space in the large living and dining rooms for our family of five. Both bedrooms were spacious, comfortable, and warm. Very large bathroom with a shower, a bathtub and two wide sinks. The apartment had lots of natural light and the windows have light-blocking shades for a restful sleep. The kitchen was well stocked to make breakfast and dinner and the hosts even included a welcome tray of beer, orange juice & milk! We had a lovely stay for the Christmas markets.

The old hunter's house captivates with timeless charm. Solely located, right on the edge of the forest, there are concerts of various birds in the morning. With everything you need for everyday life, this accommodation is equipped and we thank Constantin very much for the really warm welcome and briefing, as well as the opportunity to stay in this gem. A fairy-tale forest house experience Our stay at the forest house was simply fantastic! The quiet location in the middle of the forest was perfect for escaping the stress of everyday life and enjoying nature to the fullest. The house itself is furnished with a lot of love for detail and offers all the comfort you want. We were particularly impressed by the cozy atmosphere created by the fireplace and the stylish furnishings. The kitchen was well equipped, so we could easily self-cater. The bedrooms were spacious and the beds very comfortable. The surroundings of the forest house invite you to take long walks and hikes. We really enjoyed the fresh forest air and the picturesque scenery. Also the proximity to nearby attractions is a plus. The hosts were extremely friendly and helpful. They provided us with valuable tips about the surroundings and would have been available at any time.

The house looks very free and airy due to the elevation and the windows, which provide a lot of light. We felt very comfortable there. For those seeking peace and quiet, the ideal place to relax, perfect starting point for hiking or cycling on the Rhine or in protected nature. If you want to host, you will find plenty of refreshments in the area, otherwise the kitchen of the house offers everything you need to cook for yourself. Shopping is nearby directly at the farmer, the fish master or in the supermarket. We can fully recommend everything and will definitely come back. The contact with the landlady was straightforward and very reliable. Everything looked clean and lovingly maintained. Thank you so much for letting us stay there.

The home worked perfectly for our short stay in the area. The home was charming and the beds were very comfortable. We enjoyed deer as well.

Thanks for the smooth process and great place! Highly recommended. We arrived late in the evening with our child and Thomas had already lovingly prepared the sofa for the little one, put out a welcome drink for us and warmly guided us into his home. We had a heavenly night in the cozy duvets and soft pillows and traveled on the next day relaxed. If we are in the area again, we will be happy to stop by.

Spent an extended weekend in the small apartment on the farm to escape the hustle and bustle of the big city. The place is very suitable for this: a quiet room with a wood-burning stove, the sheep in front of the door and the super beautiful hills and forests of the Odenwald to walk around. Would come back!

Marion is a super hostess! Even though we didn't stay long, we felt very comfortable. I'd love to come back sometime;-).

We were in Rengersfeld for a week in early April, we felt very comfortable with Iris and Konni. The advertisement describes the apartment exactly in word and image. And then there are a few more on site: fresh fruit on the table, a selection of sharp kitchen knives in the kitchen (really rare!), oversized duvets, a hot water bottle, a few board games are ready. In the hallway between the two apartments there are drinks and a few small things that you can get at fair prices. Also a few household things like toaster and blender that are available for both apartments. With Iris and Konni it was extremely nice, relaxed and pleasant. Communication was completely straightforward, we had a good conversation and got a few more tips. Not to forget: the village parlor. Slow Food in Bestform. Very clear recommendation! The Rhön is great for hiking. A car out there is very helpful, even if you can get there with public transport.

My stay went great, the accommodation is very charming as is the village where it is located. All the necessary amenities are present in the apartment. Christiane is a very kind and available host, communication was very easy. To recommend!

We had a very nice few days. One night our dog ran away and the whole village and the landlords helped find him again! Unforgettable and thank you again!

We felt very comfortable in the Engelschanze. The kids loved the swing, the sun terrace is super cozy and it's all you need. Super tasty the wood-burning bread from the place!

Super responsive host. Apartment is located in a really quiet area, the kitchen and living room are well equipped. Although we only stayed for one night, it definitely feels like a place where you can spend your vacation.

The stay at Uta and Hubert's was fantastic. All our expectations were met and even far exceeded. We received an all-round carefree package that made our short vacation perfect. Absolutely recommended.

This was a last minute get-a-way (coming from Munich area) and I am glad it was available. The apartment itself was easy to find & once there, very clean & comfortable. (2 adults). The communication with suggestions was very helpful & appreciated. Kim & Family are right next door but you would never know - you have your privacy. The terrace view was unbeatable unfortunately weather was not great, but you can stand out there & still appreciate the fields & forest. The amenities were plenty & bed was very comfortable! Location was great for Bamberg & Coburg - car is needed as it is out of the way - but that is what we were looking for! Over all, great 2night stay - would recommend to anyone looking for some quiet with exceptional views! Thank you Kim & Family for having us!
