Family-friendly vacation rentals in Māhina

Mareva and her husband were great. She stayed on top of our travel plans making sure we made it. We got there super late. Got our car and had trouble finding the house. Michael (her husband) came right away and found us and led us to the house. It’s upstairs so you’ll need to carry your luggage up. It wasn’t a big deal. They helped us. Even though it was so late (2am) Mareva and Michael got the ferry schedule and helped us figure out when we needed to leave to go to Moorea. Then they got up early and led us there and helped to get our tickets and they were able to get us a discount. We stayed one night and it was just a few hours. Everything was like in the description.

We loved our stay in this pristine paradise — an incredible view and gorgeous home with an unparalleled view! Moorea is a largely undeveloped gem that is interesting, gorgeous and peaceful. We loved our visit!

This is an amazing location. Convenient having access to the resort. Loved the open kitchen. It felt like I was on the beach with the sliding doors that fully open to the outside. Quiet and peaceful location with lots to do close by.

Thierry was very nice; he helped arrange a ride for us from the port and was there to greet us when we arrived. The apartment faces a nice pool in a very relaxing yard. We got to watch sunsets on a private beach and gaze at the stars. Would happily stay again.

Nous avons passé un mois chez Magali. Le logement est conforme aux photos. C'est simple nous avons passé notre temps sur cette superbe terrasse. L'appartement est fonctionnel et nous avions notre propre intimité. Enfin, Magali est une hôte à l'écoute plein de bons conseils et toujours disponible.

A Dream Stay – Highly Recommended! I had the pleasure of spending a week in this wonderful accommodation, and it was absolutely fantastic! From the moment I arrived, I felt warmly welcomed. The host, [Host's Name], was incredibly friendly and helpful. They provided me with great tips for local restaurants and attractions that made my stay even better. The apartment itself was spotless and tastefully decorated. The amenities left nothing to be desired – from the fully equipped kitchen to the comfortable beds. I particularly enjoyed the terrace, where I could sip my morning coffee while taking in the city view. The location is perfect! Within just a few minutes' walk, you can reach the Harbour , from where you can quickly access all the major sights. Additionally, there are plenty of cafés and shops nearby that made my stay even more enjoyable. I wholeheartedly recommend this accommodation

Magnifique logement dans une résidence privée sur les hauteurs de Moorea au calme. Nous n’avons pas vu Manava mais elle était disponible par téléphone sans souci. Nous reviendrons avec plaisir

Really nice place, we stayed a week. The lagoon is amazing and access is easy. Mark is very helpful and a really nice guy. We will definitely be back, and would recommend this place to anyone.. very family friendly

Waking up to the sound of the ocean and being surrounded by such natural beauty was a dream. The space was clean, comfortable, and well-equipped with everything we needed. Our host was incredibly welcoming and responsive, offering great local tips that made our stay even more special. From relaxing on the lanai to exploring the island’s many treasures, every moment felt like paradise. Marks place is unique in its kind. A fantastic stay surrounded by nature, clean, has everything you need but also everything you’ve been looking for in Moorea. Quelle rencontre. Je suis venu avec deux de mes amis pendant quinze jours chez Mark. Mark et sa femme ont été au top toujours présent quand on avait besoin de quelque chose et toujours dans la discretion. Chaque logement a été construit des mains de Mark et chacun de ses logements sont des oeuvres d'art. Le lieu donne sur les montagnes et on est à seulement une centaine de mètre d'un accès au lagon. Louez un kayak et traversez le lagon vous y verrez très certainement des dauphins par vingtaine jouer, sauter, nager. Bref Merci Mark pour cet accueil et ce moment de plénitude. La vie est belle. Ein toller Aufenthalt direkt beim Surfspot Haapiti. Man kann bei Mark Kayaks mieten und zur Welle fahren oder einfach Schnorcheln gehen. Die Unterkunft liegt nahe am Meer und doch sehr schön in der Natur mit der wunderschönen Bergkulisse. Unser Zimmer hatte 6 Betten und eine Küche mit grossem Aussenbad. Jeden Tag wird das Zimmer und Bad geputzt. Mark war sehr nett und gab uns viele hilfreiche Tips. Wir würden gerne wieder kommen.

We had the best stay at marks place, a true home away from home. Him and his family are wonderful hosts, and help you get the most out of Moorea. We stayed with our 7 month old baby and the place couldn’t have been better. The house is so homely, the photos really don’t do it justice! The section is a slice of paradise, set away from the hussle and bussle, the perfect spot to relax. Our home was cleaned daily which was such a treat! We also found our favourite food spots on the whole island were nearby, and the most beautiful beach is about 10 minutes drive. Marks place is the perfect spot for excellent surfing. He also had kayaks, scooters and bikes for you to use. 10/10 stay we will be back again!

We loved our stay and will be back. This is a great spot for families. Calm water for little ones. Close proximity to great restaurants. House was perfectly set up. We came on a couples trip and will be back with our toddlers for sure. Thank you for having us!

Enjoyed our stay at the condo very much. Prompt and informational check in with Gäelle and partner, including dropping off the car we rented for the week. Condo was clean and had a stunning water view from inside and the patio. You could hear traffic on the main road that goes around Tahiti, but it wasn’t awful. Pool was great, quiet, perfect. It’s close to Carrefour, food trucks, restaurants, Papeete and the airport. Gäelle arranged a taxi to the ferry terminal that arrived at 600am on the button, as scheduled. We enjoyed our stay very much!

Très beau séjour. La piscine est super. Nous avons beaucoup apprécié. Seul petit hic: le chemin n'est pas répertorié dans le gps et il nous envoie dans la montagne, car une autre route a le même nom. Sinon c'était super. Propriétaire très gentil et sa cousine aussi. Très prévenant. Nous recommandons.

Nous sommes sur place pour 7 mois, et nous sommes content d’être dans cette résidence la piscine et la salle de sport sont chouette, il faut marcher 20 min avant d’être au centre. Nous sommes content

Nous avons passé une semaine merveilleuse Michelle et Pierre sont adorables, aux petits soins avec leurs invités malgré la petite forme de Michelle qui a subit une intervention d' urgence la veille de notre arrivée. Merci à vous deux. Léa, claire et Cédric

The host was great, even though we had a rental car he met us at the airport, helped us sort our car and we flowed him back to the apartment, we may have struggled with out his help. The apartment was well kitted out with everything we needed and looked exactly like the pics and description. well something to note is that the pin on the good map is not the exact location, we had some late evening returns so it helps to pin your location while at the house. we had a small issue with the gate being locked one night but a quick call to the host and he talked us through it. we had to park outside as the booking doesn't include an inside park. it's first in first serve and if you get back late you may have to park a short walk away but it was mostly fine. all in all we had a great stay! The poll was great and neighbour's quiet. The host was really great, easy to get hold of and fixed any issues we experienced during tje stay really quickly. Would reccomend the host and apartment

This is a great place, with shops in walking distance and a great Park with restaurants close by. Washing machine is available, drying on drying rack possible. Big balcony with direct view on Moorea and with Ocean View.

Le studio est dans l'un des meilleurs quartiers de Papeete avec une vue imprenable ..il est très bien aménagé et spacieux. Tout est comme indiqué dans l'annonce..tout est parfait. Sunny est très conviviale et la communication s'est très bien faite.
