Memorable Couple’s Retreat

Enjoy a dreamy romantic stay that’s far from the hustle of everyday life, but still close to city conveniences. This home sits on just under 14 beautifully wooded acres. The home is currently on the market and we are allowing guests to stay with the expectation that if we have a showing request (typically a 24 hour notice) that you would be willing to vacate the property for up to two hours while at home is being shown (if we receive a showing request during your stay, we will credit you $50).

Enjoy your nature getaway on a 20-acre property. The luxurious Yurt has a King bed, spa like Shower and toilet, AC, Smart TV, Fridge, well-appointed Kitchenette w/ your favorite coffees and teas. Bask in nature with a large deck, hot tub, fire pit, grill, outdoor shower and a 1 acre stocked pond. Bernhardt Winery is less than 1.5 miles away and the Rennaissance festival is under 10 miles away. Our guest can use the whole pasture and woods area as well have access to the fishing pond w/ kayak.

The Texian Cabin

Enjoy a unique 1700 sqft Texas themed log cabin in the woods! This 1.5 story home, located on a small family farm, has three bed rooms and two bathrooms with an open living room, dining area and kitchen. Toast marshmallows under the stars, grill burgers on the fire pit, play horseshoes or corn hole, lead your own yoga with our goats, collect eggs from the chickens, relax in a hammock, play tetherball, wander the woods, or head inside and dance to classic Texas country on the record player.

We're located just minutes away from several wedding and event venues in the Magnolia, Tomball, and Greater Woodlands and Houston area. Easy access to Hwy 249/Aggie Expressway. This hobbit house, belonging to a little hairy footed fellow, has a life long journey of accumulating artifacts of the wonderous eras of ancient. You will find a vast collection of books both rare and of great value to feast your imagination and curiosity. This cozy haven, though adorned with swords and weapons of the great heroes of old, serves as a reminder that it is the little things that keep the darkness at bay, “small acts of kindness and love”.

Studio Apartment at the Big Blue House - This 650sqft private studio above a detached garage offers everything you need for a peaceful stay. Enjoy a comfy queen bed, kitchen, and private bath. From your window, you’ll get a front-row view of our friendly chickens and beautiful woods. The homeowners live next door and share the property, but you'll have complete privacy during your stay.
