Vacation rentals in Magnolia

Very unique place. We enjoyed the grounds and sitting by the fire outside. Our fur baby enjoyed exploring too. It was relaxing and peaceful, exactly what we were looking for. We also drove into nearby Covington and had a great lunch at LOLA.

Perfect for our family with 3 busy boys who love to explore! Should have stayed longer && our dog was in heaven the entire stay. My kids fell in love with the recently hatched birds in a nest on the porch. Everything was phenomenal. We will be back 💯

The home was tiny, charming, in like-new stylishly modern. Location was great for a peaceful get-a-away with a hiking trail that was just a short drive away on the grounds.

This spot is such a gem tucked away with a private pond and beach. The home itself is gorgeous. Newly renovated with gorgeous high ceilings, new furnishings, updated tech and a well stocked kitchen. We picked the place for the pack and play for our baby but they also had a changing table and his favorite changing pad from home. He slept like… a baby out here in the quiet and the black out shades were just the cherry on top. Will was so hospitable and communicative. Fixed one thing we needed within hours and gave us a great experience from booking until checking out. Couldn’t recommend this place enough! We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and will likely be back when we visit family in the area.

Myrtle cottage is everything we expected and more, but the true gem is Bobbie herself. She has a beautifully appointed house, meticulously clean and she has thought of everything to make you feel welcome. We frequently visit the North Shore and this is by far and away the top choice of all the places we have stayed. She takes Southern hospitality to a new level! We enjoyed the wildlife, beautiful surroundings and peaceful property. There are plenty of places to explore and visit within 20-30 minutes, and the restaurants in the area will not disappoint. We look forward to returning to this little slice of heaven and visiting Bobbie our resident Southern angel.

Ellen Lago was a delightful surprise! A roomy cabin with old time charm offering all the necessities, plus much more! The view of the lake from the porch is spectacular! The private beach is amazing with kayaks, beach volleyball, fireplace, and covered sitting area! The lake water is so clear you can watch the fish swim! Ellen Lago is the perfect place for a quiet, relaxing, peaceful vacation. I felt at home and safe at Ell Lago! Jess is a wonderful host!

I booked one night last minute to get out of town with my family and I'm so happy I did. Ken was incredibly responsive and helpful. He even let us check in early and offered for us to stay later. This place was a treasure. The pictures don't do it justice. The cabin itself felt really spacious and had a wonderful aesthetic but the property is what I really loved though. Ken has done an amazing job setting up the landscaping with different areas to hang out and enjoy the beauty of the woods. There's even a working outhouse! My kids were with me and they loved the playground and the above ground pool. Ken has a lot of land that you can walk through. I asked about hiking nearby when we got there and he came over to greet us and tell us about the trails on his property. My kids loved checking out the deer stands. It can take a while to get anywhere on the road to/from the cabin, but it's fun to drive on! Thanks for a great, quick stay. We'd love to come back for a longer getaway.

Was in area for work and this was a nice find. Would be great for weekend get away
