Why not drop your bags with us during a champagne getaway! Our house with garden is nestled in the heart of the Côte des Bar in a Champagne village crossed by the Seine, awarded 4 flowers. Amenities: butcher, champagne cellars, electric vehicle charging station, bread delivery 2 km (Gyé/Seine). Multisport field and children's games 300 m away. We are 10 minutes from the Renoir Museum, 30 minutes from Nigloland, lakes, 45 minutes from Troyes. Linen included. Wi-Fi (fiber) throughout the house.

Clémence de Troyes: Typical 17th century house in the hyper center of the Troyes cork. A stone's throw from the Basilique Saint-Urbain, you will be ideally located to explore the historic center of the beautiful city of Troyes. Guests can take advantage of the proximity to restaurants and shops on foot! Several parking lots are accessible near the house (market and cathedral). Quiet, not overlooking the street, we provide bed linen and towels as well as Netflix and Disney+. See you soon :)

"Entre Ciel & Vigne" gîte comprising a large and pleasant living room with views of the vineyard, located in Fleys, a winegrowing village 5 km from Chablis. Designed to be warm and friendly, for a peaceful and rejuvenating stay.  From the house, put on your sneakers and access superb viewpoints in a few minutes… Mountain biking, hiking or running, in the vineyards or in the forest, the choice is yours! Not to mention the cellars to visit and the Chablis to taste.

Enjoy a stylish and warm home located on a small pedestrian street in the heart of Troyes with its mini inner courtyard. This triplex apartment typical of half-timbered houses has been completely renovated (VALENTIN Workshops) and it is with passion that I have completely furnished and decorated it. Parking nearby, a ticket offered during your stay. Visit the Saint-Pierre and Saint-Paul Cathedral, the timber-framed houses, the media library, the tool house, etc.

Located in a small Champagne village 15 minutes from Troyes, this cozy cottage offers all the comforts you need to spend wonderful moments with family or friends. Ideal for unwinding. The swimming spa is a real small pool that is accessible 24/7 all year round, heated to 38 degrees. Very nice for a whirlpool bath or for a counter-current swimming session. 2 electric bikes available to you! A petanque court, Vendéen shuffleboard, and table tennis

Accommodation close to the highway and Nigloland

An accommodation that is very well surrounded by the Nigloland amusement park, Lake of the Orient Forest, a Grimpobranche, the Côte de Bars to visit the vineyard and/or cellars, there are also several restaurants and shops. All this is within 15-30 minutes. Within 30-45 minutes you can find the city of Troyes as well as many factory outlets, cinema, bowling, laser game and more. The added bonus is the highway exit which is 3 km away.

The Moulin de La Font (Lake Amance - Nigloland)

Former water mill, located by the stream in the heart of the Champagne vineyard. Freshly renovated, the mill has 2 bedrooms upstairs, a very well-equipped kitchen, a large living room (about 35 m²) with the possibility of 2 additional beds. Secure and fully enclosed terrace with garden furniture, sunbathing and barbecue. 5 minutes to Nigloland Park, 10 minutes to Lac d 'Amance and 45 minutes to Troyes and factory shops.

Guests can enjoy the view of our horses in the meadow, as well as walks in the forest accessible 200 m from the house. Ideally located, 20 minutes from historic Troyes city center and outlet stores, 5 minutes from Lusigny-sur-Barse for all daily needs, and 35 minutes from the famous Nigloland amusement park.

This character home is located in the inner courtyard of a large property and will accommodate your entire family for a relaxing and leisurely stay. Ideally located near Lake Orient Forest, many activities are offered. We even created a game room to keep the kids entertained if necessary! You can also easily discover the region with the historic center of Troyes, the outlet stores, the Nigloland amusement park...

Fred's cottage, small house

Relax in this quiet and stylish place. Small Champagne-style house, located close to the historic city center of Troyes, the lakes of the Forêt d'Orient, vineyards and factory stores. On the ground floor, you have a fully equipped kitchen, dining area and TV lounge area. On the same level, you have a bedroom, shower room and toilet. Upstairs are two open-plan sleeping areas and an office. Pets not allowed.
