a very exclusive and quiet area, Giuseppe at all times was in contact with us, the place is beautiful coincided with the photos, everything was very clean and tidy, we had a great time

We had a wonderful Easter holiday at Villa White which met all expectations. A very beautiful garden and lots of space in the house. We were 8 people. Great views of the area from the balcony. The weather was too cold to fully enjoy the pool, but decor with the area around the pool was super cozy. The bedrooms were fine, we could have wished for more sofa space in the living room and a few more dishes and dishes in the kitchen. Dario and Emanuella were really nice and helpful. The scenery in the area is very beautiful. There are plenty of excursions nearby by car, and easy to get to Rome. We highly recommend taking a vacation here.

Good week in this house

This home is set in a very tranquil area yet is still accessible to the town closeby. The interior is very comfortable and tasetfully. The porch and garden were lovely areas to relax for morning coffee. The host and his family were very welcoming and were a great example of Italian hospitality. Although we had issues with the WiFi during our stay, they did everything to fix it and even reimbursed us for the data we used.

We spent a week around New Year's in Nicoletta's Villa and absolutely loved it here!! The place is great, has amazing views over the lake and is very tranquil. It's close enough to Rome for a day trip and far enough to enjoy some peace and quiet after a long day in the city. In summary: We left completely relaxed and happy and would love to return if we're ever in the area again.

It was a joy and a privilege to stay in this beautiful home. It is rare to have the opportunity to spend time in such a special place. Everything was perfect and so comfortable. Mario and Diana have decorated the house exquisitely, there is something wonderful to see in every room. It’s like having a boutique hotel all to yourselves! The setting is peaceful, very private and we slept so well. We received a very warm welcome from Mario at check-in, helpful information and a lots of lovely food and wine. We took Ubers into the city which was very convenient, and quick. A highlight of our trip was the Vivaldi concert at St Paul’s Church within the walls, which is on Monday evenings. We highly recommend Chalet Marmont, we loved every moment and we hope to return soon!

Francesca and Vittorio's house is a paradise just a few kilometers from Rome The interior is taken care of in every detail, especially the master room,magnificent covered veranda where we enjoyed unforgettable breakfasts, outside with a crazy pool,you will feel like you are in the London countryside. The kitchen is a dream , super equipped , the outward view at sunset will make you forget everything! Recommended for those who love the countryside and nature, the dog Elisabetta has kept us company for the duration of our stay, flexible check-in, friendly hosts! thanks for everything. This was, without a doubt, one of the best experiences in an Air BnB we have ever had. The location is indescribably beautiful with sunrises and sunsets which can be enjoyed from your 100% private pool. The entire building is yours and had everything you could possibly want. There is nobody else around and yet a stunning Italian walled town is within walking distance for all amenities. Federica is a fantastic host who was there for check in and then gives you the run of the villa. Could not recommend more, thank you so much Federica.

Very nice and classic villa. Great for big family or group of friends who want to spend time together and also have privacy. The yard is amazing. The hot tub is great for cold days. The location is in the middle of the hills wineries which is beautiful but do take in mind every ride to any town is at least 20-30 minutes down and up the hills.

The house is absolutely fantastic, nestled in the middle of olive trees with onbustructed views of the countryside and nobody else at sight! The house is cozy, familiar and everything is there to make you feel at home! Each room is spacious, clean and comfortable to enjoy magnificent Umbria! Flaminia is really helpful and Sergio’s occasional presence is very helpful! We seriously enjoyed our time at the house being a party of 6 with 2 kids! The garden and the swimming pool were absolutely superb! The overall experience was absolutely marvelous!

farmhouse located in the countryside surrounded by a beautiful hilly landscape. easily accessible. we spent Christmas with 14 people including 2 children. the accommodation is spacious, well divided, and beautiful. highly recommended.

It is a huge villa with an excellent view of the mountains of Umbria (awesome sunrises!). Well equipped with actually everything you may need for your long stay. What we liked the most were the grapes that could be eaten straight from the vine. There are plenty of other fruits in the garden (if you come at the right time of year, of course). Last but not least, Jacopo was an excellent host, quickly responding to all our questions and inquiries. Thank you!

the house was very nice, the only thing is that obviously when we go in winter those comforts that you could use the summer, you do not have them, it is there... however they were really kind. They did not give us an exact time to leave the house. They met us. The house is very large and there is a lot of space, we were 15 people and it seemed like very few people inside the house although it is large, 😊 we had a very good time.

We absolutely loved staying at this villa, we had such amazing holidays with our family of 5. The surroundings are beautiful, the house is great and so comfortable. Alcide who cleaned the pool for us every morning was so friendly and helpful, and Gio (the host) was always available for any questions or recommendations. We will be surely coming back every year! Dream place!

A perfect place for travelers with a car. Entrance through an electric gate to a large and well-maintained yard. Pampering and clean pool. The hosts are super helpful and communicative. I highly recommend and will definitely go back there.

we only stayed one night, we wanted to visit Terni and the waterfalls. So we were only in the house long enough to put down our suitcases and then the night and then we got ready the next morning to check out. In any case, I report: very tidy house with everything you need; clean bathroom and overall very clean villa. The villa is not far from the Basilica of San Valentino while to reach the center of Terni, you need to travel by car. Maurizio is really helpful and friendly, highly recommended accommodation 🤠

My friends and I had a quite pleasant stay in this house. Samantha is really nice and answers very quickly. The trip went well. The scenery and the view from the swimming pool were astonishing! I'd probably come to the same AirBnB if I were to come back to this part of Italy.

Giovanna and Riccardo are amazing hosts! Their house is simply gorgeous and huge! Filled with small decorative details and vintage items that give the entire space unique and cool atmosphere, and a home feeling! The kitchen is well equipped, the rooms are cute and share a bathroom, and the entire house is super comfortable and convenient for a family vacation! The pool is big and so much fun! The yard and its surrounding is huge, offering many hidden seating spots and ovens for a cook out. So you are welcome to swim, chill, tan, eat and relax outside. Giovanna gave us excellent tips and was always so responsive and welcoming. We had the perfect finish for our Italian vacation, so peaceful and relaxing stay..,the perfect place to stay just outside Rome.. thank you so much , can’t wait to return or to host you someday at our home in Tel Aviv. Villa Torrone is a warm and well laid out villa. If you book the apartments it can cope with 15 or perhaps more people easily. The BBQ works well and the loggia is a spacious dining or chatting area. The pool is great and has another loggia. The grounds are spacious and well maintained. The beds are comfortable and there was plenty of good bedding and hot water. The kitchen and scullery lack a m'wave, electric kettle and a toaster but function well. It is close to lovely Todi and to a big supermarket but is quiet and relaxing. We would come again
