I fell in love w/ life on the island of perpetual summer. There's something special about having your own villa w/ a private pool. I also love the garden shower & the location. Pangea, the restaurant on site is phenomenal. The property is so close to my fave spots. Beautiful Sapphire Beach is in walking distance via a gate at the south end of the property. It boasts the Beach Buzz coffee & bfast spot, a Beach bar & grill w/ live music weekly, Paradise Pie pizza & SeaSalt fine dining restaurants.

Take a look at the fabulous view from our unit, you will hear the waves every minute of every day. Your patio is so close to the ocean that you can actually throw a coconut and hit the water. I have done it! This is the PERFECT location for your stay in America's Tropical Paradise. We just finished updating this unit in April ‘21 with new kitchen tile, new fridge, new cookware, dishware and kitchen utensils, Smart TV. You will NOT find a nicer condo for this price anywhere on the island.

The owners, who live upstairs in the main house on the property, are fun loving, warm, welcoming, and are available at anytime for questions to help make your stay enjoyable. Your unit has a private entrance 5 steps down from your dedicated parking space. Note: 1. There is no smoking allowed on the deck or in the apartment. 2. Unlike many Airbnbs we do NOT charge a cleaning fee so we ask our guests to sweep and wash their dishes before leaving.
