Incredible stay! Host was so understanding when we needed a late checkout. So friendly and actually made my family feel welcome. I can’t recommend this place enough!

The location was great with easy walk to beach for sunset. The proximity to the park was wonderful and close to town for easy access to restaurants and grocery store. The house was clean, but dated and very camp like, rustic. Had a few flies and bugs come out when we warmed up house but we're manageable. Overall a nice experience and an enjoyable stay.

Andrea was very responsive and really kind. Place was lovely. We enjoyed our 2-night stay and we will definitely come back. Recommended!

Beautiful location and cozy, comfortable stay.

There are so many incredible things to say about this property. When you arrive, you drive down a long enchanting, winding driveway carved into the forest, that leads to this truly unique home and of course, that stunning view. The photos do not do this place justice. We were surprised to see that there were no other houses in sight which made it feel even more remote. It was exactly the feeling that we were hoping for. We rented the space to spend time writing and it was absolutely perfect. The master bed was insanely comfortable and waking up to that ocean view every morning was just awesome. We both felt very well rested and inspired. I loved the AGA stove - it added this extra charm to the experience (so did the kitchen space overall - it is seriously well-stocked). Everything from the wood burning fireplace to the walks on the beach to the flatware. We just loved it. It was so peaceful. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

We were so happy to find a place that we could camp in November, our hosts reached right back when I sent a request about availability. This time of year they only allow one spot to be open so obviously private! The location was great for our doing hikes on this side of the Cabot Trail, plus just seeing the absolute beauty of the area. The campsite itself was perfect for us, loved listening to the brook. We have a Tacoma with a camper on the bed, be aware that it’s tight to be able to back into the spot because of the trees. Just a note, absolutely not a complaint!

Great view and super cozy

The property is central and close to the ferry. It's convenient for departures at 8am. Being in Cap-aux-Meules, it's easy to get around in all directions.

What a beautiful place! We are in a midst of a long trip through Maine and Nova Scotia, and Lisa‘s place in Ingonish stands out as a highlight of the trip. It is a real wonder to sit in the living room and look at that vista. There is a quiet and simplicity to being there that I really appreciated. Thanks for sharing this space with others!

Wondered how we would fare without tv and ac! Couldn’t be better - the house is a treasure with amazing views and perfect ventilation. Enjoyed a campfire on the beach, a million stars overhead and playful seals in the afternoon. The convenient location to Cape Breton Park is another plus. Would highly recommend!

Amazing spot!! You feel so at home and yet you know this is a very special treat. The tiny house is so simple and beautiful. You are on a lovely field overlooking the ocean. You can see the stars and moon from the bed I chose. And listen to the ocean. My son and niece loved the bunk beds. And the lovely stone shower is one of many added touches that makes this private, peaceful getaway feel like a luxury.

Our stay at Erik and Gemma’s beautiful cottage in North Rustico exceeded our expectations! Was truly a magical week with lots to do on the north shore, even during the quieter season in early October. The cottage itself was absolutely perfect! Spotlessly clean and super cozy. We were sad to leave what we think must be the best spot on the island to stay! A 5-Star BnB all around, and would 110% recommend it to anyone visiting PEI! Can’t wait to come back again someday soon!

The most beautiful house and location! Beach is gorgeous and house is perfect. Gazebo is so lovely to eat dinner in. Mitchell was super responsive and a great host! Being near Greenwich National Park is wonderful. Definitely go to Julio’s for seafood and the oyster bar. Mysa Nordic Spa is fun too! All down the road. A wonderful stay!!!

Great hosting by a great host. Jean-Gabriel is available and a great ambassador for his Islands. Regarding the accommodation, everything was perfect and ultra functional. Clean, including everything you need for cooking and bright. Thank you!

We had a fun time! Everything was very clean, and respected the advertised amenities. The cottage was very well decorated, and warm, which made our stay as pleasant as possible. We also loved the privacy of the second bedroom (cabin). We would definitely recommend it! Everything was perfect (and what about the beautiful sunsets we witnessed from the cottage). A lovely house with a view to die for.

Charming and peaceful lodge with ocean and mountain scenery. Hosts have thoroughly provided above and beyond comfort for even the smallest of adventurers. Great space for larger groups!

Priyanka was fantastic. Traveling to the Cape Breton Highlands in the middle of February can have its challenges. The weather did not want to cooperate but Priyanka and her caretakers sure did. There was a power outage prior to our arrival so we were expecting it to be cold and dark. To our surprise the house was bright and warm as they had a generator up and running allowing us to fully enjoy our first evening. The caretaker of the property continually checked on us, kept the driveway cleared and when the weather cleared, made sure we had access to all of the outdoor amenities. We were able to walk the never ending beach and were left speechless at the incredible views. There are very few places on earth that can offer the feeling of being on that beach and looking into the mountains and out to sea in the heart of winter. I hope we get the opportunity to return!! To say Priyanka and her staff go above and beyond would be an understatement! Thank you for a spectacular weekend!
