Great house and a perfect stay for 4+ people. Would recommend not getting any water onto the floor as it gets unbelievably slippery. other than that it is well maintained and everything is of high quality and there are also amenities like cocktail shalers etc.

Very comfortable standalone cabin with complete facilities and convenient transportation, located close to Pai Walking Street. It is cleaned thoroughly every day, and the communication and responses are very prompt, ensuring a great travel experience for you. Highly recommended!

We had a great stay. Everything is great - the farm house is clean and comfortable, the garden is beautiful, the animals are cute and the staff is very friendly and attentive. This place is actually the highlight of our trip in Pai.

One of my highlights in Pai is definitely at Joy's. It's home, feeling like coming back to a country home, sounds of nature, cats and chickens, little creek at the back of the houses... And even cooking in the open kitchen, that's such a soothing experience. And! Joy is really Joy, full of warmth and gentleness and smile, wonderful host, wonderful home, would definitely want to come back, khob Khun mak ka!
