Jetiya’s house is very decent and comfortable for family’s long-stay in Chiang Mai. If you rent a car, it’s also very convenient either go to the old town or go north to Chiang Dao or Chiang Rai. Jetiya and her housekeeper are very patient and responsive for my questions. Highly recommend!

This is a truly special place. We had the best time here, the cabin is the cutest space with lots of gorgeous touches and little details. It smelled wonderful. Waking up to the view of the mountain and having several morning coffees is one of our most memorable memories from our 2-month trip to Thailand. It was so peaceful. Chiang Dao is a very cool little place, explore and find little hidden gems everywhere. All the people we met were super friendly. You can walk to the hot springs and an amazing cafe which is a nice easy walk. Highly recommend a few nights here.

House is in peaceful, gated neighborhood, last house of the block so no traffic. Surrounding is perfect for kids. Yard is great, house itself is great and kitchen is fully equiped if you need it. There is an ocassional noise from departing planes but that didn’t bother any of us.

We had two wonderful weeks in this house, and it felt like home. The house was clean and beds felt like in 5 star hotels. kitchen is great and it equipped with modern appliances Su and Alex respond to all of our requests in a very short time. The neighbourhood is quite and its 3 minutes from two big shopping centers. The house is also 15 minutes drive from old town. if you are looking for a house to stay with your family, don't hesitate, its a great place to stay.

My girlfriend and I stayed for one month. The host Kornkamol was always responsive, polite, and helpful. The condo was clean, matched the photos, and is good value for the money. The location is great, it was very convenient to be able to walk to Central Festival in a couple of minutes.

Great place to stay! Did not really care about services around prior to booking for one night, but the bakery and laundry at the place were just what we needed.

The room is exactly as pictured. The neighborhood is very good. The host is very welcoming and helped me solve a small personal problem. The room is very clean. They prepared a lot of daily necessities. No need to prepare extra. It was a very happy trip. I will choose to stay here again next time. It's great.👍

clean , responsive host but the neighbours smoke too much weed and cigarettes . if you like to chill out with the open air , would not recommend ( too noisy from the pool and smokes pollution)

The interior of the house and the pool were just as good as the pictures show. The host was also kind. Also, it was nice to have a park and a market nearby. However, amenities such as restaurants, cafes, and convenience stores are a little far away, so if amenities are important to you, you should consider this part. We recommend it if you have cute dogs and like a quiet place.👍

The apartment is very good. It is suitable for long-term residents. If you are traveling for a short period, it is a bit far from the main city area. It would be better to stay in the ancient city. But next time I come to Chiang Mai, I'll consider staying for a long time. I'll choose this place. I fell in love with the city of Chiang Mai.

Was such a beautiful nice place I extended for another 2 days

The pool is very nice. There is a shower on the first floor, so you can change your clothes here and relax on the sunbeds. It's nice to work in the library or read a book, and it's secure, so it feels safe. The room condition feels a little old, but there is a washing machine, and water, toilet paper, and towels were provided. More than anything else, it's a place I want to come again because of the swimming pool.

Booked this apartment fairly last minute as to meet up with my son who was travelling and staying in the same apartments. I was worried as heard a few others mention noise, but there was no problem. There is building work happening around, but it doesn’t disturb anything. The apartment is exactly like the photos. There is everything you need and it is spotlessly clean too. It also has a great spot in the apartment block with sun most of the day. Having the pools is an added bonus and I used them everyday. The shopping centre and eateries are literally across the bridge, 5 minutes away and in the opposite direction, 7/11 for everything you need and more food places. I would definitely stay here again in a heartbeat

Using Grab is very easy to find a location you just need to type in Trams Square. And this hotel is absolutely comfortable, clean, and looks very special. The host is very helpful and kind. Very close to university, suggest you stay here! And of course we sleep well. Thx!
