Good accommodation, everything was good in the accommodation in general. Clean and organized house. A positive highlight was the communication with Ricardo and Neusa, who were very attentive. One point to be adjusted is the fact that the listing indicates that the house has a smart lock, which it does not have. Other than that, everything was fine.

Great stay in Ibitipoca. The house is 5 minutes from the village and 15 minutes from the park, making it a strategic location for those who want tranquility and easy access to the attractions of Ibitipoca. The house is just like the photos, super tidy and very tasteful. Melina was kind, attentive and helpful.

I've stayed here before and came back because the experience was so good! The space is comfortable, well located and exactly as described. Adriana is attentive and communication was quick and easy. Everything went perfectly during the stay, and it would definitely come back more often. I recommend it!

There's a very nice sunset from the balcony. The village is very good, it has great shops and the Ibitipoca State Park is amazing, it is very well preserved. Ask for the exact pin/location, the location on the AirBnb page is from the center of the village and not the exact location of the accommodations. The cleanliness was good but attention to some details was lacking.

The house is really great: spacious, clean and cozy. The kitchen utensils were all organized and clean, as were the bed and bath linens. The hosts, Estefane and his wife, are attentive and polite. They left cards in the house with tours and restaurant tips and a large basket of cookies. The neighborhood is quiet and the view of the mountains is beautiful. The only drawback is that to get to the house there is a climb, but since we went by car, it was very easy. Anyway, we were very well received and left extremely satisfied. We hope to return next year.

Geraldo's house is beautiful, spacious, tastefully decorated. It was very clean, the kitchen very well equipped with all the necessary appliances, dishwasher and washing machine available, 2 refrigerators available, filtered water available and all items as described in the listing. The house is all surrounded by a high wall, my dog loved the gardens in the front and back of the house. ♥️ The pool is all surrounded and kept my dog safe without risk of accidents. The highest quality bed and bath linens. Geraldo was very attentive and extremely polite from the beginning to the end of the stay and with quick responses and flexibility at check-in and check-out. We were 3 adults and 1 dog. We loved the space, including my dog, we'll be back for sure. We felt at home!

It exceeded all expectations, the place is beautiful, everything was very organized and clean. Rodrigo was very attentive from the beginning of the reservation and always responded quickly. The house had all utensils and appliances, very well equipped, nothing was missing. Rodrigo and Rose welcomed us very well, guiding us on everything and making us feel very comfortable. It was an amazing experience and we already want to go back.

Excellent space, organized and very clean! We found the house very smelly!!! The place is even more beautiful and cozy than in the photos. Hosts were very receptive, friendly and responsive.
