⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Clean, Comfortable, and Thoughtfully Prepared! We had a great stay! The place was spotless, quiet, and exactly what we needed for a few nights of good sleep and hot showers. It was clear that the host put thought into making guests feel welcome—there was a mini chocolate bar and a bottle of water waiting for each of us when we arrived, which was such a kind touch after a long day of travel. Check-in was smooth, the bed was comfortable, and everything worked perfectly. While we didn’t spend much time there beyond resting, it was the perfect place to recharge. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a clean, convenient, and cozy spot!

Jennifer's place was a great option for us in the chaos of finding a wedding spot in Memorial Day weekend. We flew with our little one for the first time and needed a place that would be able to accommodate us. The availability of a pack-and-play, a high chair, and other helpful baby items made our stay much easier and less stressful. We were comfortable, in a great area, and the communication was amazing.

Tracy's spot was as advertised . . . great location, walkable to restaurants, and well appointed. Definitely worth a stay!

Staying at Kevin’s place was such a reset from Manhattan. It was cozy, comfortable and very breathtaking. Kevin has great response time and is willing to assist you while you stay. Will definitely be back soon!

These hosts take great care in making sure their guests feel welcome and at home. The apartment is cozy and comfortable. It had everything we needed to relax after a couple of busy days. Their communication is top notch. And I cannot finish without mentioning the thoughtful snacks. That was really above and beyond - and very appreciated.

Sabrina's place was by far the nicest place we have stayed in New Haven. I felt welcomed with little extras like cocoa packets, a variety of coffees (we left our favorite brand), very simple yet tasteful decor and most of all extra comfy beds. Her place was spotless, had modern appliances and small touches here and there like the small little xmas tree lite up at the back entrance. I felt very secure and give my experience a 5/5. Thanks very much for such a lovely place to stay Sabrina.

We had a relaxing overnight with our two pups! The bay/sound area is so peaceful. Our dogs enjoyed swimming before the tide came in and we kayaked along the shoreline. The inside was stunning and had everything you needed and more! We door dashed lobster rolls from the Bonfire Grille nearby (10/10) and ended the night in the hot tub! Coffee on the sunny patio was a great perk, too! Thanks again!!

We are a group of 5 women who have been getting together for long weekends once or twice a year for many years. Brenda and Dean’s place is one of the most wonderful homes we have stayed in. They are terrific hosts — communicate quickly, answer all questions and are very generous in the treats provided. The house is perfect - exceptionally clean, comfortable beds, lots of seating and a lovely view. We can’t say enough about how much we enjoyed our stay!

We had a great stay! Very charming house with peaceful backyard. There are restaurants within walking distance. If we’re ever back in the area, I will definitely book again!

Suzanne’s home is beautiful and felt like being in our own home. The property is serene and very private. The house and kitchen were well equipped for cooking. Suzanne was so easy to communicate with pre during and post stay. We have family in the area so I hope to be back again.

Field of Dreams is a beautiful, spacious, well-appointed home. Brenda is an attentive, gracious, and thoughtful host. My family and I stayed there for four stellar days over Memorial Day for my daughter’s college graduation. We hosted a big family dinner with a private chef that was excellent. And Brenda really helped us with some of the details. This is a lovely home and I highly recommend it.

Jeremy’s “Doll House” was a charming little place on lovely peaceful grounds. The location was very convenient for visiting our Connecticut relatives and attending our granddaughter’s graduation. His kitchen is well stocked with all the essentials and then some. Everything was very clean and the bed was very comfortable. There is a huge walk in closet in the bedroom and great laundry area in the bathroom. I would recommend Jeremy’s place and would stay there again.

Beautiful and peaceful rural setting, yet just minutes from shopping, dining, and anything else you might need. We stayed here while attending a graduation ceremony in New Haven and really appreciated the calm surroundings—perfect for relaxing after busy days. The drive into the city was quick and easy. The house itself was spotless and thoughtfully equipped with every amenity you could need—and then some.

The details are what made all the difference, from disposable eye masks and ear plugs to the milk for coffee in the refrigerator and tower of snacks. Unlike any other place we have stayed, we felt that the hosts sincerely cared about our comfort and well-being! The home was beautiful, spotless, cheery, and bright. I loved finding little surprising touches in the garden out back and throughout the home. The welcome book has great recommendations. This will be our go to place any time we return to the area! just returned from annual moms weekend away...Erin's place was beautiful! well stocked, clean, looked just like the pics, great sound system. loved the extra little details like the large ice cubes already made (for me as an old fashioned snob), the adorable dry bar, and the decor in general w all the gold touches-it made it stand out from the typical! the best was walking in and smelling how fresh and clean and homey it was! would def recommend. also we had zero questions bc she was so proactive reaching out prior to checking in. check out her place! :)

The Villa was exactly as described! Easy communication with owner. A perfect getaway weekend, every amenity we could want or need! Look forward to visiting again in the near future!
