Great place. Very affordable

Great place to spend a few days away from Cairo. The village is peaceful and beautiful. The accomodation is very quiet with privacy, perfectly clean and surrounded by a lovely garden. We wish we could have stayed longer!

Staying at Alain’s house was simply an incredible experience. The location is perfect, right in the heart of Tunis Village, surrounded by the same art and creativity that make this charming town so unique and full of artists. Every corner of the house is filled with beauty and magic, with an artistic decor that makes it truly special. The spaces were spotless, and every detail was thoughtfully designed, creating a warm and inspiring atmosphere. From its charming architecture to the beautiful garden with a pool, everything was in perfect harmony with the village’s authentic style, offering us a place to relax and enjoy the surroundings. Alain was an amazing host, always helpful and attentive to anything we needed. His easy-going nature, kindness, and positive energy made our stay even more enjoyable. Thank you, Alain, for sharing this magical place with us!

My stay was wonderful, and Mr. Nosseir was a very gentle host, very responsive and supportive and most of all, very humble. I am so appreciative and would recommend the place to my acquaintances. Mr. Mahmoud, the housekeeper was an amazing man, so ethical, respdctful and very helpful. Whenever i needed him he was right there for me and my husband. Mohamed was really an amazing host

My family and I loved our stay at Hazem's place. Cleanliness is a top priority for us, and I have to say, this place was very clean, including the linens and towels. The house feels cozy, and we loved the garden area and pool, which gets sun almost the entire day. We also appreciated that the house had all the basic essentials we needed for a 2 night stay, like toilet paper, trash bags, tea, coffee, etc. There was even a full box of bottled water, which was great because it saved us the time and effort of going out to buy it. All of this made our stay much easier and more enjoyable. Hazem is a great host, very kind and responsive. He even sent us a list of recommended places to visit. We would absolutely recommend this place, and we’ll definitely be back.

It was the perfect weekend getaway! Mansour is absolutely wonderful, helpful and he managed to make us feel right at home! Would definitely recommend to anyone wanting to experience Fayoum the right way. A beautiful villa with an even more beautiful garden. The villa is divided into two wings: The east wing is very large with several rooms, very stylishly furnished, antique furniture and a beautiful roof terrace overlooking the huge lake at your doorstep. The west wing is an independent small house with a bedroom and living room - separated by a beautiful antique room divider - for up to 2 people at the other end of the garden. The large garden is a green & colorful flowering oasis in the middle of the Oaste Fayoums. Flowers are blooming and birds are chirping everywhere. Many birds and a cat live in the garden. There are numerous shaded areas, arbors, swings, seating and sunbathing areas by the pool and a barbecue area. Perfect for a vacation with family or friends, but I also felt very comfortable alone in the peace and quiet. The house is located in the artists' village of Tunis with lots of beautiful pottery nearby.
