Quiet apartment but on a busy road so sometimes noisy, close to beaches, parks, shopping mall, restaurants and cafes, entertainment and public transport.

Come stay in our charming, homely unit in Thirroul. With plenty of free on-street parking, leave the car and stroll down the hill to the many thriving coffee shops, restaurants, wine bars and pubs. Take a short walk or drive to the beautiful nearby beaches. Centrally located, the unit is walking distance from express trains and buses. It is just 1 hour to Sydney or 15 mins to Wollongong. It is on the ground floor of our architect designed home. Guests have their own entrance. Kims Place does not provide breakfast but local cafes are within easy walking distance. There is no cooktop or oven in the kitchenette. Guests are encouraged to dine out or use the BBQ on the balcony

Local attractions are Port Kembla beach and Nan Tien Buddhist temple. A shopping centre, restaurants, & fast food stores are only a 2 minute drive or a 10 minute walk. Wollongong/WIN Stadium - 12 min drive UOW - 12 min drive, or a bus to Wollongong then free shuttle bus to uni.
