Hillside Ocean View 2BR with Private Beach Access

Spacious and fun for families and small groups, you can walk right down to Pavilion Beach within 10 minutes and access to Clark Beach. While it is a small house, there is great space inside. The living area is open an has a nice view outside toward the ocean. The living area is comfy with nice sofas to really relax. Cable and high speed wifi are standard, of course. There is a master bedroom with a side view of the ocean, so you can see a beautiful sunrise from the queen sized bed in the morning. The other bedroom has also has a queen sized bed. Nice kitchen space with lots of cooking equipment needed to entertain or cook, including a lobster pot and a small dishwasher. There is also a windowed-in sitting room which faces the ocean and leads to the balcony where great views and barbecues can be had. You'll have permission to go to Clark Beach, a private beach for Great Neck residents and visitors. It's about a 15 minute walk to Clark or 10 minutes to public Pavilion Beach. Other Notes: For reservations 28 nights and over, the actual usage utility bills will be paid by the guest. A $500 utilities deposit will be taken for long term rentals of 2 months or more. Just on the outside of town in a country setting. Comfortable setting for relaxation. This is a daily reservation from Oct.1st-June. Perfect location for a family vacation. The extras in the shed such as beach toys, tumbling mats, and wagons to carry beach gear made all the difference. Our group consisted 6 adults and 3 children ages 5 and under. There was plenty of room for everyone and the kids were never bored. The fenced in yard and deck were perfect for relaxing.

We had a wonderful girl's trip staying in Diana's house! We walked to the beach and to Scratch bakery (twice). The house was perfect for the five of us with a great sitting area to hang out and chat. The house was clean and the instructions for cleaning up were easy to follow.

As Mainer living across the country, it is always nice to come. Unfortunately this trip was to attend my Mom's funeral. Pam's home was the right level of closeness to the rest of my family to make visiting easy. The place was the peaceful retreat I needed to visit with myself. Five minutes to most things a person living out of a suitcase could need. Also less then 5 minutes walk puts one at the boat launch for personal watercraft. A great place to sit for a few. The amenities were plentiful at the house and the character was Maine charming. Pam was wonderful and easy to communicate with at all stages. I will be back in the future. Matt

We had a wonderful time at this home . Excellent view of the lake and the beach in a little cove is fantastic. We heard loons in morning and evening and saw a bald eagle 1st morning. If you like canoeing or kayaking this is a great spot. Much quieter than other parts of the lake. The home is completely modernized with excellent appliances and very relaxing. Great dining not to far away. Can't wait to go back again next year

This is a beautiful, light-filled space which is exactly what I needed after my gray, rainy Seattle fall. It's cozy and yet there is room to spread out and even do a little yoga. My mom, sister and I converged here for a weekend of catching up, playing board games and going for walks. It had everything we needed and Brian and Lindsey were very friendly and responsive to questions. If it had been a little warmer, we definitely would have used the fire pit.
