The place was cozy. The city centre is not too far, moreover, public transport is close, so everything is easy to reach.

A great apartment with easy access to both the subway and bus stops. We were heading the Expo Centre which is only 3 stops on the subway and it was easy catching the bus into the city centre. The hosts were easy to communicate with and a last minute request for the sofa bed to be supplied with linen wasn't a problem. The apartment is exactly as pictured and spotless.

I stayed here from 16–23 May 2025 and chose it mainly for its location—just a 20-minute walk or 5–10 minutes by bus to Brussels Expo, which was super convenient. The host was friendly and quick to respond to messages. The apartment is also just a 5-minute walk to a nearby grocery store. As an Asian traveler, I was happy to find uncooked rice and raw meat there—made it easy to cook and feel more at home. The bus stop is just downstairs (2–3 mins walk), and the nearest metro station, Roi Baudouin, is around 10–15 minutes away on foot (at our usual “Asian” pace 😄). The host provided body and hair shampoo, and the washing machine was easy to use. Surprisingly, our clothes dried well even in the chilly weather! Overall, a comfortable stay with great hospitality. I’d recommend it for anyone attending Brussels Expo or looking for a quiet, convenient place.

Everything was great – the house was very clean, parking was super easy, and the neighborhood was very quiet. The only issue was that I couldn’t find any garbage bins nearby! Thank you very much.

Modern place in a super convenient location. Open floorplan and a separate bedroom for our son made our visit much easier. Ellen was very responsive to questions and her prewritten instructions for finding the entrance, getting in the building, etc. were easy to follow. She was also very accommodating about allowing us to store our luggage after the check out time but before our train left. Recommend and would return.

My family and I enjoyed our stay very much. The accommodation was neatly maintained and equipped with all the basic amenities for a pleasant stay. Communication with Christopher went smoothly and without problems. Moreover, the location was ideal, with shops a short distance away. In short, a very positive experience – we would definitely stay here again.

We had a wonderful stay at Emile’s apartment! Emile met us at the suite and helped us get in, which was especially appreciated since we were traveling with two kids and lots of luggage. The apartment was absolutely perfect—spotlessly clean, well-equipped with everything we needed, and located in a central area that made getting around easy. One of the highlights was the beautiful outdoor space, complete with comfortable furniture that made it a lovely spot to relax. The apartment itself was quiet and peaceful, and the individual AC units in each area kept us cool and comfortable throughout our stay. Emile and his wife were incredibly responsive and sent us detailed instructions on how to enter the apartment, which made check-in a breeze. We would definitely recommend this apartment to anyone visiting the area and would happily stay here again!

The stay at Sarah's apartment was very pleasant. The apartment is beautifully bright, modernly furnished and super clean and you have a beautiful view of the city from the balcony. Everything exactly as shown in the photos. It is also very close to Gare du Nord, i.e. good access to the S-Bahn and Metro. You walk about 30 minutes to the Grand Place. Sarah wrote us a good tip to get into the apartment, since the staircase and elevator are being renovated. Check-in went smoothly! Only the proximity to the red light milieu was a little unpleasant. But we had no problems. However, as a single woman, I would avoid the corner. Overall, we felt very comfortable.

It was great, short but a very cozy apartment and the jaccuzi is really an extra element. Also, our host was super warm (even the decoration) and very available

Everything was great! Thank you for this opportunity to relax in a quiet and beautiful place, away from the city:) we had a great time in the jacuzzi under the night sky. We'll definitely be back! The only thing is, there are a lot of flies and it's unclear where they come from. It was unpleasant to wake up from them flying around

Great apartment, well equipped, clean and stylish. Beds were really comfy and close to shops and only a 20 minute walk from Grand Place. We especially enjoyed the sauna, great addition. Zawar was really helpful and made sure everything was okay whilst we stayed. Thank you for having us.

Our stay at Kosi Penthouse was amazing. The space is beautiful with great amenities. Our daughter loved the views from the hot tub and sauna.

NIce, spacious apartment with great lighting options and warm interior. The bed was super comfortable and the bathroom (on the lower level of the apt) was spacious. Neighborhood is quiet while also having good access to trams, restaurants, and multiple supermarkets. Highly recommend!

Super nice accommodation! Very clean and tidy. Wonderful sauna. Good location. Flora was very helpful. A point of attention is the shower head that couldn't hang on anything. Furthermore, we enjoyed the apartment with our children.

This was a lovely place and only about 5 blocks from the train station. One thing to note, if coming from the train station, don't ask for a taxi just use Uber. I tried to get a taxi because i had a lot of luggage, and it was 88°F, and the taxi driver kicked me once he saw the address and I had to walk. They other thing, make sure you bring everything with you, there was no shampoo, gel soap or any snacks or water. It's strictly a place to stay. But, knowing all of this, I would definitely recommend! There's a patio or back, the bed and the couches were very comfortable, and i felt safe there.
