Villa 150 Meters from the Sea

Lisa Rating, 5 stars6 months ago
Luigi's house is great! It has plenty of space inside, is well equipped and a wonderfully large garden. Many very pretty transmissions grow in it, but they have poisonous berries. Here you have to be careful with very young children. The beach was unfortunately not very tidy because of the low season, but the sea was still great. We were on site without a car, there are many shops, restaurants and two bus stops nearby. Unfortunately, the buses often arrive too early or too late and you have to buy your ticket in a point of sale or in an app, the bus driver is only exceptionally and then much more expensive. To Anzio (12km) it usually costs €1.30 for the bus driver but 7€. Natalia's care was warm and great and we were able to make arrival and departure flexible.
The image depicts a well-maintained pathway leading to a colorful building. Green awnings provide shade for the balconies, adorned with various plants. A garden area is visible alongside, enhancing the outdoor space. The clear blue sky contributes to a bright atmosphere.

Elegant and Charming Family Country House by Rome

JoannaRating, 5 stars7 months ago
This place is very special; you can relax in the lovely grounds and imagine yourself a million miles from the hustle and bustle of Rome. There are many varied and interesting things to do in the area, without even venturing into Rome. But what makes this accommodation so special is the hostess Maria. she is so welcoming and attentive, and obviously enjoys meeting new people. At the same time she is not intrusive, and in fact spends most of her time in Rome. The house has been in her family for generations, and has a fascinating history. Everything possible has been done to make the accommodation comfortable and enjoyable.
An outdoor patio area is shown, featuring a wooden dining table surrounded by several chairs. Lush greenery lines the walls, complemented by flower pots. The flooring consists of large tiles, and structures create shaded areas for relaxation.

Villa with a communal pool

JanRating, 5 stars4 days ago
Enrico was very accommodating and nice and was always available when we had questions. We felt very comfortable with him. The surroundings were very quiet (probably also because it was off-season). In the residential complex, everything is a bit outdated, but that does not detract from the feel-good factor. There are many shops within walking distance. Enrico's pizza oven is a real highlight. This is the real Italian way of life. For the price, the place is highly recommended. One little thing disturbed us a little. Outside the residential complex and especially the path to the beach and on the beach it was very dirty... there was garbage everywhere. Maybe it was because we were there outside the Italian vacation season. The city center of Rome can be reached in an hour by car and if you arrive early, there are also many cheap parking options along the Tiber. Thanks Enrico for the nice relaxing two weeks.

A large swimming pool is positioned beside the villa, surrounded by a paved terrace and lush greenery. The distant mountains create a scenic backdrop, while an area for sunbathing is available. The pool features a cover and a small shower area, enhancing the outdoor experience.

Beautiful apartment, comfortable, finished and very clean, Emanuela super kind and helpful... I spent two nights really well and relaxing given the location of the house away from the noise and the city's hustle and bustle... I will certainly return ☺️☺️
