Beachfront vacation rentals in Maccarese

My family and I stayed at Marilena's just for one night because we had an early flight out of FCO airport. my wife and I were traveling with three kids under six. this was the first and only day that we did not have a car to get around. We took an Uber from the airport to the apartment. it was very simple and easy to do. It was very easy to access the apartment. the host had perfect instructions. We came on a bank holiday so there was not a lot of choices available. However, Marilena's suggestions were all amazing. we ended up going to a restaurant in Fiumicino city called Cielo. wow this place was amazing. service and food was amazing. The apartment we stayed at had everything we needed with a fully stocked kitchen and host gave us a welcome kit that was so kind. We felt very safe and it was nice that the location was only 10 min from the airport. thank you for everything Marilena!

We only stayed at Matteo’s place for one night but we enjoyed our stay. He was very clear on instructions on how to get in and find everything we needed. It’s a great location! Directly across the beach and really close to the airport (which is why we chose it)

Alloggio nuovo e ottimamente arredato. Molto funzionale tutto e vicinossimo al mare e spiaggia con facilita’ di parcheggio. Alice molto gentile e sempre pronta ad aiutare. Grazie ancora torneremo presto

Fabrizio was very helpful and very informative to us. Apartment was so cozy and sparkles. Definitely worth it. We love the atmosphere included the restaurants and shops. Fabrizio was so nice to picked up at the airport and later took us to the port so we can get to our cruise. We want to come back in the future with our boys. Gracias Fabrizio!!

Isabella è stata gentile e reattiva a tutte le nostre domande assistendoci costantemente per tutto il nostro soggiorno. L’appartamento è molto carino e curato, si trova in prima linea sul lungomare a pochi passi da ristoranti, gelaterie, spiagge e diversi servizi. Consigliamo vivamente questa soluzione ottima per vacanze e viaggi d’affari.

Federica was so nice and helpful at early check in, she helped us rest without waiting checkin time after a long tiring flight. We are grateful for sure.. Home was clean and has plenty of linens and towels. Just wished there would be more space for storage, hangers at each room, as it was missing at the bunk bedroom, we couldnt find enough space to fit in to the room as 2 adults, i wish the crib was optional and instead there might have been a drawer with a mirror. The bathroom was also missing shelves and storages for our stuff and sink had not enough space to fit the personal stuff. Kitchen was good, just wished there would be drawers and things were easily accessible each time. No dishwasher btw. The fridge is way tooo small and no freezer in it unfortunately.. which i guess the most disappointing thing for 6 people. And be mindful about the stairs to access the house which you might consider carefully in case of disability. The view and balcony were great, and restaurants.

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour à Passoscuro dans le logement d'Erika ! Le cadre est magnifique avec la plage accessible à pied et le logement etait impeccable. Très bon rapport qualité prix et à 30 min de Rome en voiture 👌

séjour magnifique chez Salvatore qui est un hôte adorable l appartement est magnifique un belle endroit où l on peu profiter du calme et d une terrasse magnifique proche de la mer et pour passer des soirées paisible sur la terrasse je recommande à 💯% son bel appartement et on y reviendra avec plaisir merci encore pour ce beau séjour Salvatore

Just as described. The home was comfortable and charming. Nicola was great in communicating. she was very accommodating when we arrived earlier than expected and let us drop our luggage off so we could explore the city. If you need a place to stay before or after a cruise I highly recommend staying here.

We had a truly wonderful stay! The apartment is beautifully furnished with great attention to detail – cozy, clean, and fully equipped with everything we needed. The garden is nothing short of paradise – peaceful, lush, and full of charm. Our daughter especially loved watching and even feed the turtles and rabbits – such a lovely surprise that kept her entertained for hours! The hot tub in the garden was the perfect finishing touch – relaxing in it was a highlight of our stay. A special thank you to our incredibly kind and welcoming host Daniele, who made us feel at home from the very first moment. Your hospitality truly made our stay unforgettable. We hope to return someday – and will definitely recommend this place to friends and family!

Enrico war sehr zuvorkommend und nett und war stets erreichbar wenn wir Fragen hatten. Wir haben uns bei Ihm sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Umgebung war sehr ruhig (warscheinlich auch weil es außerhalb der Saison war). In der Wohnanlage ist alles etwas in die Jahre gekommen, das tut dem Wohlfühlfaktor aber keinen Abbruch. Es gibt viele Einkaufsmöglichkeiten die fußläufig erreichbar sind. Enricos Pizzaofen ist ein echtes Highlight. Das ist echtes italienisches Lebensgefühl. Für den Preis ist die Unterkunft sehr zu empfehlen. Eine Kleinigkeit hat uns schon etwas gestört. Außerhalb der Wohnanlage und insbesondere der Weg zum Strand und am Strand war es sehr dreckig.. überall lag Müll. Vielleicht lag es daran, dass wir außerhalb der italienischen Feriensaison dort waren. Die Innenstadt von Rom ist in einer Stunde mit dem Auto erreichbar und wenn man früh da ist, gibt es am Tiber entlang auch viele günstige Parkmöglichkeiten. Danke Enrico für die schönen entspannten zwei Wochen.

Marco sorularimiza her an yanit verdi ve ihtiyacimiz olup olmadigi konusunda devamlı ilgi gosterdi.Konaklamadan cok memnun kaldik,aracimiz olmadigi icin tren istasyonuna yuruyus yaptik, gec saatlerde taksi ile donus yaptik.Taksiler gec saate kadar çalışmıyor ancak ozel taksi servisleri var,konaklamadan once o servislerden birini ayarlarsaniz istasyona gitmek icin daha rahat edersiniz.Bunun disinda,iki alt sokakta deniz kenarinda yuruyus yapip yazin denize girebilirsiniz. Genel olarak bu yeri kesinlikle tavsiye ederim.

Dana has been great with us and the villa kinga is a perfect location for relaxing while being walkable from the Anzio beaches. Fully equiped and very clean. +++

Es ist ein wunderhübsches Haus, mit viel Liebe zum Detail eingerichtet. Es sieht wirklich aus, wie auf den Bildern. Durch die vielen Sitzmöglichkeiten im Garten konnte man jedes mal wo anders sitzen. Die Betten sind traumhaft und sorgen für sehr gute Erholung. Der Strand ist sehr nahe. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt.

We had a magical stay! This was the best space by far with an amazing location by the beach and restaurants. The accommodations and friendliness by Lorenzo and Michela were incredible. The house is a work of art and we made the best memories with relaxation and fun. Thank you so much to Lorenzo and Michela!!! Absolutely fantastic!

We loved Christian’s place. Everything was perfect. The area is vibrant with many quality restaurants nearby. Beautiful views of the sea. Christian was an amazing host, organising things and giving recommendations. His place was clean and comfortable and well stocked. We would definitely recommend to anyone looking for a place to stay in Ostia. He met us at check-in and check-out which made things easy. He also arranged transfer from train and to airport.

This house was the highlight of our trip! It was absolutely perfect, comfortable, clean and beautiful right on the beach. It is the perfect place to relax before or after being on an airplane. The host was extremely helpful and responsive, making the check in process easy, giving us local recommendations, and making us feel welcome.

Valerio was a great host! The air bnb is in a very cute neighbourhood close to the airport however be aware it is a little more difficult to get into the centre of rome if you would like to take public transportation. Many beaches very nearby and huge apartment for a great very value! Would return!

Our stay at Laura’s place was lovely, she was very helpful and communicative. The apartment itself was spotless & spacious. We had everything we needed for a 4 day break. The neighbourhood felt very safe and quiet, it became busier on the weekends but not overwhelming. We had a really enjoyable time.

Kleine wunderschöne Unterkunft ein paar Meter vom Meer entfernt. Man hat alles, was man braucht. Michele ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Für Tagestrips nach Rom perfekt.

On a vraiment aimé l’accueil personnalisé de Stephano et les instructions pour se rendre en transport en commun. Le logement est super beau et très propre, la literie et les serviettes sont immaculées et le lit est très confortable. Les stores assombrissants dans toutes les pièces sont bien appréciés et l’air climatisé fonctionne très bien. On a vraiment aimé prendre notre café le matin sur le balcon juste en face de la mer (il y a une rue entre la mer et la station balnéaire Elmi, juste en face du logement). On a beaucoup apprécié passer la journée à la station balnéaire, avec une belle plage, chaises et parasols en location. Il y a même un bar à cocktails et quelques articles, tel que sandwiches. On a aussi bien aimé notre souper au restaurant Antico Traiano, à 5 minutes de marche, pour les meilleurs gnocchis à la truffe! Nous recommandons fortement ce logement qui est idéal avant de se rendre à l’aéroport Leonardo di Vinci, qui se trouve à 15 minutes, en voiture.

Francesca's place was beautiful and spacious - perfect for a short stay with a friend. The sofa bed was just as comfortable as a bed and had its own privacy. Francesca's communication was prompt and friendly and she accommodated our needs as much as she could, which was lovely. We got to meet her and her boyfriend and they were both really nice. She made sure we were comfortable and gave us many great suggestions for restaurants as well as transport which made our stay so pleasant and easy. Fiumicino has lovely peaceful beaches within a few minutes of the apartment and several restaurants with reasonable prices just down the road. We had fresh fish on the beach! It's very convenient that there is a supermarket next door also. I would visit Fiumicino again and stay at Francesca's in a heartbeat! I was sorry to leave. Thank you Francesca!

Perfect check-in, communication was outstanding. The location is fabulous perfect for cruising. Elevator was so helpful with luggage. Big beautiful deck for looking at the pier. Everything was great, the host was so wonderful and very caring. Thank you so much
