It is close to Sipadan Mabul Resort (smart), which is a 2-3-minute walk.Through the beach is Mabul Water Bungalow Water Resort, this guesthouse is the same water area as the resort, so this guesthouse is coconut shadows, and the water is clear and sandy. A simple cabin with rooms comfortable for guest to sleep and rest after a fulfilling activity day. Located in Bum Bum Island off Semporna town, in a fishing village, not a tourist island. Not a five star resort, but a nice simple place to relax. The Sea Gypsies (Bajau Laut tribe) also lives at Bum Bum Island and if it interest you we can go visit them as well. Enjoy home cooked seafood and fresh coconut water as your meals. The villagers are mostly fishermen living a simple and happy life.

We have 4 bathrooms, which all have unlimited hot water supply. We also have a living room, which had sofa & dining table, smart-TV with NETFLIX, WI-FI, and an air conditioner. While our kitchen had stoves,electric hot pot, water dispenser, refrigerators，washing machine. Outside, we had BBQ rack.
