There are a few golf course nearby with many more in the area including The Open Golf Championship Course of Royal Birkdale. The house also has easy access to Southport (about a 5 min drive) and Ainsdale Beach (about a 12 min drive both by using the the scenic Marine Drive which follows the coast.

It has a fully fitted kitchen with in built washing machine, fridge and dishwasher. Large open plan lounge, dining area, the house also has a small well kept garden with outside furniture.
