Entrance:
Imperium Villas have off-road parking with a sloping driveway beside the Villa to park your car hires. The main entrance is at the front with a few steps up to the front door.
Living Space & Kitchen:
Cleverly repurposed finds and sumptuous furnishings create a calming sensory design throughout. The spacious villa spreads through three separate floors, making it an idealescape for a large family or a group of friends. Lounge at the impeccable ground floor living room and watch the sunset lazily on the horizon before curling up on the sofa with a paperback. A bespoke living-cum fully equipped kitchen awaits to inspire you for culinary wonders, with access to the pool area and to an iconic sea view dinning spot. The villa features two wonderful bedrooms on the ground floor, one with direct access to the garden and pool via a balcony door, as well as a queen sized bedroom with garden views from the balcony doors. On the same floor, there is a shared bathroom, allowing plenty of space and comfort for all.
Ascending a beautiful wooden staircase you are found on the first floor which features a master, king sized bedroom with an en-suite bathroom. A sliding glass door leads to a very large glass framed, furnished terrace which overlooks the blue sea, Thodorou Island and the White Mountains.
Another lounge area featuring a gym, a sauna and a jacuzzi lays on the lower level. On the lower lever there are two more spacious bedrooms, one with a queen bed and one with two single beds, as well as two more bathrooms with the laundry facilities. (fully equipped laundry room, with washer-dryer, kitchen counter, sink, cupboards & fridge, for free use by our guests).

Lower Floor | Lounge Area • 1 x Double Bedroom with King Bed (1.80x2.00) • 1 x Twin Bedrooms with two single beds (0.90x2.00) that can be converted into a King Beds upon request and two Shared bathrooms with walk in shower •On this level you will also find the complementary rooms such as the fitness room, the secondary living room, the spa room (sauna & Jacuzzi) and the laundry facilities (fully equipped laundry room, with washer-dryer, kitchen counter, sink, cupboards & fridge, for free use by our guests).
Guest access
Guests have full access to the entire property.
All villa amenities are included in the rental price, except for the cost of heating the pool.
Free parking is also available for all our guests.

The villa owns an indoor home gym, a Jacuzzi spa bath for five persons, a cedar, charcoal stone Sauna for 6 persons, LG flat screen T.V.s in each bedroom and living room, outdoor lounge areas, outdoor dining area, BBQ, parking space, playground. From luxury brands on kitchen equipment, to premium brands on amenities such as mattresses, white linen, Jacuzzi and gym equipment, we have spared no expenses for your comfort.
