Farmstay vacation rentals in Luxembourg

We hebben een hele fijne tijd gehad in het chalet. Een prachtig uitzicht, fijn terras met goede barbecue. We hebben genoten en Stephane is een vriendelijke behulpzame host die snel reageert. Kortom zeker een aanrader om hier te verblijven!

We absolutely loved our stay in Georges’ apartment. What a delight to wake up to sunrises and sunsets with views of cattle grazing in the fields. The location is ideal to explore the eastern side of Luxembourg and Georges was so helpful with lots of suggestions and information on what to do. The apartment itself was very comfortable, roomy and spotlessly clean. We loved coming “home” each day to relax and unwind. Be mindful that you really need some form of transport to get here and to access the nearest supermarket. Our only regret is not staying longer! We would love to return in summer to take advantage of the balcony for sundowners. Thank you for a wonderful stay Georges! It has been a highlight of our Europe trip.

Nous avons été très bien accueilli. Le logement est super bien situé au bord de la Sûr, très bel endroit. Nous avions pris le logement donc parfait pour 4 couples ou pour une famille. Elise et les autres hôtes sont a l'écoute et très accueillant. Je reviendrai avec plaisir

Wir zwei Mädels und unsere zwei Hunde haben uns sehr wohl in der Ferienwohnung von Nathalie und Roxanne gefühlt. Das Haus liegt wunderbar in ruhiger, grüner Lage. Nathalie und Roxanne sind sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit, auch zu etwas späterer Stunde, wenn man das Sportprogramm auf dem TV nicht findet. 🤓Die Wohnung ist sauber und die Küche ordentlich ausgestattet. Auf jeden Fall eine 5 Sterne Empfehlung von uns. Danke, dass wir mit unseren Fellnasen so unproblematisch und stimmungsvoll für ein paar Tage einziehen durften.

Super séjour pluvieux en famille avec 2 enfants et 1 chien. Très bel environnement, au calme dans la nature, à proximité de Bastogne et de Luxembourg. Nous avons été logé dans un petit chalet qui contenait une salle à manger, deux chambres et une cuisine. Les sanitaires se trouvent dans un bloc séparé. Mobilier de jardin à disposition devant le chalet s'il fait beau. Tout est très propre. Possibilité de commander du pain et des viennoiseries la veille pour le lendemain. Il y a un bar / restaurant dans le camping. Super plaine de jeux à proximité de la piscine du camping. Il y a possibilité de louer des jeux de société. Très bonne communication, réponses rapides. Merci pour ce chouette séjour!

Unser Aufenthalt bei Teresa war hervorragend. Teresa ist eine sehr liebe und zuvorkommende Gastgeberin. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Lage ist sehr idyllisch, wir haben insbesondere Morgens den Ausblick genossen. Von dem Ort aus kann man zu einem der kostenlosen P&R in der Nähe der Stadt fahren und mit den kostenlosen Verkehrsmitteln ganz simpel die Stadt erreichen. Und ein Bonuspunkt geht an die braven & kuscheligen Hunde 😊 LG Melek

I had the pleasure of living in Teresa and Alains home from the beginning of October until the middle of December. They were both fantasticly warm and friendly hosts, always ready to help me if I needed something. The dogs, Ginja and Baxie, are also incredibly kind and well behaved. The house, which is quite large, is located in a beautiful area outside of the city of Luxembourg. It takes about 15 minutes to get to the city centre by car, and approximately 30 minutes by bus. I worked in Kirchberg for the duration of my stay, and it usually took about 45 minutes to get to work by bus in the morning. There were never any serious delays, but there is a lot of traffic in the city centre at rush hours; this is true whether one takes the car or the bus, however, and cannot be avoided in a busy city such as Luxembourg. A great bonus about the location is the surrounding country-side, which has a lot of beautiful hiking tracks. A small disadvantage is that it can be a little tricky to get to the supermarket and stores in the nearby town without a car. The guest room I stayed in (there are two guest rooms, which are almost identical) was large, with a lot of storage space and a very comfortable bed. It also has a smart-tv attached to the wall, with Netflix and plenty of channels. In addittion, there is a bathroom with a shower reserved for the guests, conveniently located right outside the rooms. And even though the ground floor living room is reserved for Teresa and Alain, there is a huge, second living room with a couch and a desk which I used as an office. The kitchen is also great, and has everything you need to cook and prepare food. As as great addittion, there is also a small fridge which is reserved for the guests. All in all, I wholeheartedly reccomend staying with Teresa, Alain, Baxie and Ginja. I definitely hope to be coming back if I visit Luxembourg in the future.

Wij waren in de meivakantie en hebben echt genieten in de Safaritent tent. Wat een super leuke ervaring was dat. Alles was aanwezig en de camping heel mooi gelegen aan de rivier. Personeel ontzettend vriendelijk en sanitair is schoon. Hebben ook een super ontbijt gehad. Heerlijk buiten in het zonnetje. Wat een fantastische accommodatie en camping. Een absolute aanrader!

Super vriendelijke dame! Reageert heel snel op berichtjes en super gastvrij. Leuke locatie en heel leuk appartementje.

Het was het voor ons het perfecte verblijf voor 4 overnachtingen. Zeer dicht bij een bushalte en toch in het groen. De buitenruimte was schitterend en gaf de rust die we nodig hadden. De keuken was perfect uitgerust. De kamer met bed heeft ons een goedenachtrust bezorgd. Paul heeft ons warm ontvangen en duidelijke uitleg gegeven over de regio. De wandeltips bijv. naar de winkel was handig. Zo moesten we niet de bus nemen en zaten we direct in het groen. Wij hebben genoten. Dankjewel Paul.

We had a very pleasant stay. The house was as described and was very clean and comfortable! It’s a private location with an incredible inspiring history. With a nice view and hearing the birds. The location is very good situated. to visit Luxembourg with the car, also the bus is nearby. Sweethome concierge is very nice. The response time was very quick and helpful. They use an app to check-in and with all the details of the house. We definitely would come again in spring. Thank you Sweethome!
