Vacation rentals with beach access in Luquillo Beach

Perfect gated community with pool and access to beach. Apartment was just as pictured. 10 minutes a to luquillo beach and restaurants. Would definitely recommend.

This was the perfect family vacation. We had a wonderful stay, beautiful condo with wonderful ocean views.

Outstanding host and we loved the location in Luquillo! Town had a great laid back vibe. The host was extremely friendly and proactive and gave great recommendations. We had one issue come up that was outside of her control (maintenance company working on unit next door caused our AC to stop working)… even though it was a Saturday evening, she responded right away and had people coming to take care of it within minutes. Luckily we were able to get it back on before they arrived, but the fact she was so quick to take care of an issue says a lot! The unit was clean and had very comfortable beds. The only thing that needs some attention is that the exterior of the building could really use a fresh coat of paint bc it was looking a bit rundown. But don’t let that deter you - the unit is clean and comfortable! The location is great and we loved all of the nearby restaurants. It was also very convenient to catch the ferry to Vieques or Culebra and visit El Yunque rainforest which is a must!

Aydil and Yadil are great hosts. They always answer everything I need quickly. The place is beautiful with breathtaking view. The area is empty but it is okay to walk further for restaurants. Overall, amazing stay!

Carmen and Martin are wonderful and caring hosts. They communicated before our stay and were here to greet us upon our arrival which we appreciated because not all hosts do that. They addressed any concerns during our nearly month stay immediately. Carmen and Martin ensured that they prepared for our needs before our stay including buying a crockpot just for me. They made us feel like family. This condo has the most beautiful sun rises and sunsets. Being across Playa Azul was the most amazing experience. This neighborhood has everything you need including restaurants, supermarket, entertainment, bank, pharmacy, easy highway access, you name it. We will come back soon. We feel like this is our home away from home and made many wonderful memories here. We highly recommend this place and these excellent hosts.

Loved the location and Luis was an excellent host. Great place - the view, the pool, and being right on the beach were highlights for us.

Amazing place! Just like the description and photos. Had clear directions for checkin and checkout. The view was worth it. Definitely recommend to stay here while you are in Luquillo.

The condo and the beach area were both beautiful and private. What we loved most was being able to enjoy the beach without being over run by too many crowds. There was a very comfortable amount of people, but plenty of space to spread out and enjoy. The water and the sand were beautiful and the people were friendly. We had the opportunity to meet Roberto. He was super pleasant and friendly and full of great recommendations for things to do while we were there, but the beach was so beautiful that it was enough to do during our short stay. We did go bioluminescent kayaking in Fajardo and visit a local Mexican restaurant he recommended. It was a great, great time. The condo was the absolutely cleanest Airbnb I've ever been at. Everything was clean inside and out. The cabinets inside were sparkling and organized, and dishes, pots, coffee maker and even the blender were usable without pre-washing. Just an exceptional job by both Roberto and Sandra I'm providing comfort and entertainment.

My family had a great time here (2 adults and 2 kids ages 13 and 7). The place is very clean! It's a gated community and the 24/7 security guard made us feel very safe here. Marylin was very responsive and gave us some recommendations on places to eat. The beach supplies were very useful (beach towels, beach toys, chairs and wagon). Washer/dryer was nice to have and laundry detergent was provided. We only cooked breakfast, but the kitchen is fully stocked with lots of dishes, cups, utensils, cooking pots, cooking utensils and coffee! The only thing we didn't have was salt/pepper but I used the ones I got from takeout food. Would definately stay here again if we come back to Puerto Rico!

The place was beautiful and very peaceful. Has a nice backyard. The beds were comfortable. We really felt at home. The beach is less than 5 minutes away. Zip lining 15 minutes away and great hiking at El Yunque. Lots of restaurants and great atmosphere. The host were awesome and always available to answer any questions. This will be our to go place when we come back to Puerto Rico again. 🤩🤩🤩🥰🥰

Really enjoyed staying at this place!! The location is great, so many places to eat and drink, short walk everywhere such as to beach and grocery. The place was very spacious and we had a large group and didn’t feel crowded ever! Definitely recommend this place if you enjoy activity and walking. We had a rental car and were very close to other beaches and areas and loved exploring all around San Juan! Uber is also extremely available and helps out a lot if you want to explore beyond Isla Verde!

Updated house with all the facilities that a family would need. It’s close to most attractions and eateries.We enjoyed our stay.

We had a large group and the house was great. It felt private, but is only steps from the beach. It isn't a private beach, but as close as you can get, only a handful of people on weekends, sometimes none through the week. Renting the 15 passenger van worked out great. Our flight was delayed and we got there after dark. Omar delivered us, was attentive and made sure everything was in order before leaving. We were more interested el Yunque National Forest. It was surprisingly crowded for weekdays and time of year. Rio Grande was so much better than San Juan for the PR experience we were looking for. Local food and people. Parking is a big issue everywhere in Puerto Rico, and is disaster San Juan. The pool was great for the young ones. Overall a great overall family experience, Thank you Carlos.

We were so happy with this location Traveling with mixed ages can be a challenge but we were all happy in this spot That said, the windows and doors were sometimes difficult to operate I know location next to the ocean makes it hard to keep things rust free I would stay here again Luquillo and surrounding area beautiful beaches Sad to leave

We had a wonderful time at Casa Azul. We had everything we needed and Dianne was always available if we had any questions and gave us many tips and instructions. Its just a two munite walk to the beach and you've got everything you need in the area, especially when you rented a car. Absolutely recommendable!

The Pool Beach House was great! Exactly as advertised. And we were provided an excellent list of restaurants, beaches, and activities to do while we were there. Zuleyka was very quick to answer any questions we had and also was gracious enough to let us check out a little later. Would definitely recommend!

The place is exactly as described. Clean and spacious living space plus the balcony is helpful to hang wet clothes/towels and has a nice silhouette view of the sunrise and water. The parking spot is helpful and location’s proximity to activities in Fajardo is great. There are many beaches nearby if you don’t want to be in the one right next to this apartment which is a block away. But, we did go there when we were in between activities and only wanted to go for an hour or two. I know some reviews talk about no AC in the living room and yes, that’s true - but you can compensate by opening the bedroom doors as those units are strong plus the fans in the living space. Coming from someone who needs AC at all times while indoor, this worked out just fine. Lastly, leaving snacks and drinks is a nice touch and there is leftover suntan lotion and aloe vera - which we ended up needing and using the latter!

We had a wonderful family getaway in Luquillo. We loved the privacy and large uninhabited reserve adjacent to the property. Frank had great recommendations and was very communicative. The patio could use some updating but you couldn’t beat the size and view. The beds were very comfortable and the AC in rooms made sleeping perfect. We loved being able to open up the large doors in the main area to enjoy the ocean sounds and breeze! We hope to return someday in the future.

We had an amazing time at Liz’s place. The view from the balcony was incredible and she provided a number of amenities, including beach towels, floats, and snorkeling fins. She was responsive and also provided recommendations for local areas and events that were happening during our stay. We would not hesitate to stay here again!

Maris place was just perfect ! A 5 min walk to the beach and 10-15 min walk to local restaurants and markets. Just a few mins from the main strip of San Juan, the location was amazing. The apartment was spacious and the view from the balcony was breathtaking! I will 10000% be back !

The hosts were very responsive to every question we had. The instructions to get in were perfect. My daughter took their recommendation of using a cab from the airport vs an Uber, which is helpful given the time you arrive. Once you are there, the condo has everything you need and is within walking distance to everything else. There is a grocery store Supermercados Pueblo, about a block or 2 away, and plenty of restaurants. The guidebook had one listed Metropol that was very close and the food was great. Also, there is Panadería Las Canarias that has a great breakfast and the lunch looked good but we never got the chance. The view from the balcony is beautiful. While we were there, we wanted to get family photos done and the host even recommended a photographer who was the nicest guy, Alberto.

Brad & Juanita condo was just right bed was conftoble water pressure was good The location was perfect, with many beaches nearby and We enjoyed exploring the area and found plenty of great dining options nearby. , our experience was amazing. We would highly recommend

Our group of 3 had a lovely stay. Host was helpful and the place was clean and comfortable. Having a pool and beach amenities (chairs, towels, boogie boards) was a huge plus along with the welcome snacks. The beach out front was not great for swimming (we were also there during a windy period so that made it harder), but it’s an easy drive to some other more protected spots. Nice restaurants are a short drive, and it’s easy to get to the rain forest for some cool hikes and adventures. Overall, we were very happy with the condo.

We absolutely loved our stay at Marcos condo. We had everything we needed and he supplied plenty of toiletries in case you forgot something. You can’t beat the location and being steps from the beach. Watching the waves from the balcony was a treat. We would absolutely stay here again when we come back to the area!
