The large, well-kept patio; the rooms are comfortable and nice; several bathrooms; the common spaces are spacious and complete with everything you need. Located in the best area of Asuncion, on the main avenue of the city and in the middle between the Old Center and the New Center, close to the 24-hour market and corner with the embassy of Brazil. There is no parking in the house, but in the front there are many trades with open spaces and the place is constantly guarded by the police. If you want an exciting experience in the city of Assuncion, I recommend this location.

We had a wonderful experience at this home. We went with a group of friends and the house is very comfortable and spacious, perfect for a relaxing stay! The neighborhood is quiet and has several nearby services, such as supermarkets and service stations, which makes it very convenient. Everything was excellent to the point that we decided to stay longer again

My family and I had a fantastic 16 days. Mrs. Milva was attentive at all times that we were comfortable and there was excellent communication with her. The place is beautiful; a five-minute walk from the shore of Ypacaraí Lake. Of course, it is far from the city, it is essential to have a vehicle to be able to move around the lake area. Finally, all the maintenance staff in the development were super friendly, from the security guards to the pools and gardeners. We give it five stars without any hesitation.

Enzo and his family are excellent hosts, they welcomed us wonderfully, the place is comfortable, safe and very good location. We would definitely come back. We really enjoyed our stay!

Very good service from start to finish, responds quickly. The place is in a very nice, pleasant and safe area. Next door you have a supermarket in case you need something urgent and at the reception they help you with the information you need. The view and the pool are very nice, the place is exactly as shown in the photos. 100% recommended!

On the rooftop, spectacular views of Asunción await you: an ideal place to have a coffee in the morning or enjoy the sunset.
