Clean apartment, great location and very quiet. Close to the port, there are plenty of restaurants, bars, supermarkets or public transport nearby that are very good for getting around the island. It's better not to rent a car because of traffic jams all day. Thanks to Barbara for her kindness and availability when needed.

A well-equipped, spacious apartment with a lovely view overlooking the marina. Unfortunately, as other reviewers have stated, the apartment building does have a busy main road between it and the marina so sitting on the balcony is not a peaceful experience (unless you wear noise cancelling headphones like I did) but the balcony doors are completely soundproofed, so inside you cannot hear the traffic. At first I was little dubious on arrival, as along the road there are some buildings which are in need of some tlc but having visited Sliema (where I also looked to stay) it is no different there and in fact I liked the location as it was only a 20 minute walk into Valletta or convenient for bus tops (only 4 mins away) to explore more of the island. I appreciated Christiane’s quick responses to any queries.

Marc was a great host! He was very communicative and met us upon arrival with a smile and lots of suggestions on activities. The place was perfect for a group of girls and the multiple bathrooms were a huge positive! We were walking distance to lots of cafes and restaurants and minutes from the sea so it was perfect! Couldn’t recommend it more!

Looked like the photos, very clean. Walking distance to restaurants and a couple of small supermarkets. We used the underground garage but appeared to be busy stops close by. Good location for north of the island, Golden Bay and Ghadira beach close by and boat to Comino Island. Close enough for Valletta, airport and south of the island to reach by car too.

Rosanna was in constant contact with us and sent a lot of tips about traveling around Malta. The apartment is nice, clean and as described. It has everything you need, including adapters for the UK outlet. The apartment is located 5 min from bus stops. You can get directly from the airport by public transport. There are probably a few rental apartments in the building, so there are a few lockboxes in front of the main entrance - pay attention if you're trying to open the right one :) Individual issues: if you have a shallow sleep, I recommend bringing earplugs - although the apartment is on a small street, you can hear cars and scooters passing by at night and in the morning.
