Quiet neighborhood and quiet apartment building. All new kitchen. free parking in the neighborhood behind the building or across the street from the building not on the property. the apartment is on the 5th floor, there is no elevator. The bed might only fit one guest, but there is a very big cofy couch to sleep on if it's too small

Nyrenoverat gästhus ca 40m2 golvyta, med de flesta bekvämligheter i ett hem. Närhet till vatten med en liten strand som vintertid är ett populärt promenadstråk. Relativt centralt och nära till buss eller tåg. Gästhuset är beläget på samma tomt som Värdfamiljens bostad. Ca 5min promenad till gym och pizzeria. 10min cykelfärd till mataffär, ca 15-20min med cykel till stan. Parkeringsplats finns. Är ni fler än 2 personer finns ytterligare sovplatser att hyra mot avgift. Obs golvkallt vintertid

Trails for running and skiing right by house. Ski/skate/bike rental available. See the nothern lights over the frozen lake - the location and view is stunnning. Wifi 500/500. Welcome!

Modern Mysig Stuga i Luleå, Braskamin, golvvärme

Stugan är en kompakt boendelösning på 20 m2 + uteplats. I stugan finns 2st 80cm sängar som går att skuta ihop till en 160cm om man vill mysa lite. Stugan har även en bäddsoffa som det går att sova två vuxna i. Stugan är främs avsedd för 2 personer eller 2 + ett barn. Stugan är totalrenoverad 2026 och har ett fullt utrustat kök, helkaklat badrum med dush och wc, ett litet köksbord och 2 stolar. Gjuten platta på mark med golvvärme. Njut av den fina utsikten över sjön. Gott om parkering.

Lulea Guesthouse

WC, shower (sauna not for use) fridge/freezer, AC, near the nature. You sleep in a sofa bed for 2 persons in the livingroom. Not a real kitchen but you can make some food in a microwave oven (I can get you a 2 plate stove to use outside on the porch), coffee brewer, waterboiler. Good restaurant/pub 100 m, Lule river with beaches 200 m, Shopping area 2,7 km, Bus stop 1.9 km, Airport 8 km, Luleå city 7 km. Pickup from/to airport 200SEK/20€ each way if I am available (ask before)

Friluftshuset vid Snöberget

Friluftshuset at Snöberget is located at the foot of the Snöberget Nature Reserve and right by the Råneå River. From here, you can enjoy stunning views of the Lapland landscape just outside the house, while also having easy access to activities such as hiking, ice fishing, snowmobiling, and swimming in the summer. This house is also perfect for viewing the northern lights. In addition, we have a very nice barbecue area in the yard, which guests are more than welcome to use.

Charming house with terass, near the nature, sea

A cozy house for 2 people in a quet and still place in Norrbotten and located 20 minutes from the city of Luleå with car. Excellent location if you like to spend your time near the nature. In the winter you can experinece the ice on the sea, walk, ski, kick or go with a scooter. In the summer time you can visit small beaches or walk in the wood and when its season you can find berries. This house has its own entrance and the kitchen has a fireplase.

Gula villan

Mysigt rum med egen ingång, kokvrå och badrum med dusch. Gratis parkering och möjlighet till elbilsladdning. Nära Ormberget med skidspår och pulkabacke på vintern, MTB, löpning och utegym på sommaren. Endast 200 m till badplats och möjlighet att hyra kajak/kanot. Vacker utsikt över fjärden. Buss 100 m bort och en fin 20 minuters promenad längs vattnet till centrum. Perfekt för dig som vill ha både natur och stad nära!

Lilla lyan

Ta en paus och varva ner i denna charmiga lägenhet. Lägenheten ligger naturskönt 1 mil utanför Luleå centrum. I ett lugnt område med ängar och skog runtom. Det finns många fina promenadstigar och på vintern fina skoterspår. Lägenheten har det mesta man behöver. Det finns en 90 cm säng och en bäddsoffa med 140 cm madrass. Vid behov kan extra madrass tas in. Städning utförs av värden Sängkläder och handdukar ingår.
