In the heart of Perche, Isabelle and Guy-Régis welcome you to the central part of a family home, for your moments of relaxation and rest. In a large and quiet wooded park, they put at your disposal on the ground floor a large living room, an equipped kitchen open to the dining room, all served by a large corridor. The floor consists of a bedroom with a 160 cm bed and another with 2 80 cm beds that can be joined, a bathroom and separate toilet. Garage available for bicycles, motorcycles.

Pretty half-timbered percheron house, renovated from top to bottom in 2010 with all the comforts, but keeping all its soul. A place where everyone seems to feel good, with sunny days in the large south-facing garden, or near the large fireplace in winter. 2 cozy bedrooms on the 1st floor (1 with double bed and 1 with 2 single beds), and downstairs, after the large living/dining room of 50 m2, a small office with 1 single bed and a large fully-equipped kitchen full of light. Heated above-ground pool at about 28°C accessible from May to September. 2 bedrooms (1 double bed 160x200, 1 double bed 140x190, 1 mezzanine bed 120x190), equipped kitchen, TV, Wi-Fi, large garden, garden furniture, barbecue, private parking. Grocery store and restaurant 2 minute walk away. Hiking departures from the house. Linens provided.

Outside, enjoy the garden and meadow. In the heart of the Parc Naturel Régional du Perche, you can shine according to your desires (taste, flea markets, hikes, sports, spa...). Accommodation capacity: 9 adults, 1 child, and 3 babies (extra bed and 3 baby cots available upon request).

We offer a getaway 1h30 from Paris, in our duplex wooden cabin, perched in the trees, between 5 and 8 meters high, above a small pond. You will be in a quiet and relaxing environment, will have no vis-à-vis, for a total disconnection in the heart of nature.

Come and experience the beauty, simplicity and calm of the Percheron countryside in a carefully decorated house. In a small independent house, on our 2 ha property, you can enjoy our beautiful garden as well as the view of the countryside while being in your little cocoon. We fell in love with Perche and renovated this little piece of heaven: La Grande Maison for us and La Petite Maison for our guests... so that you too can experience the Perche Effect!
