Per's house is in a perfect location and in close proximity to the beautiful town of Västervik. Home is just as described in the photos. You can attach your boat to the private dock and enjoy the sauna with a perfect view right on the water. The view from the beautiful terrace makes every breakfast perfect. Per was super nice and likeable, helpful at all times and very quickly accessible. Thank you for everything. We already miss the house and can only recommend it!

Great, modern and lively house in a quiet neighborhood just minutes from city center. Friendly and generous hosts, we were very comfortable. Unfortunately, the time was hardly enough to explore everything in the area. Highly recommend.

Superfint hus, frogs! Garden with pool, and the birch forest right next to the corner. Recommended!

Perfect house for us 2 families (4 adults 4 children) Plenty of space, nice surroundings and a very accommodating host who both brought the children to see all the animals, showed good place for sausage grilling and offered eggs from their own chickens. Lovely with a spa bath under clear starry sky and fun with so much stuff outside for the kids (playhouse, wooden house, swing etc) Well-equipped kitchen and nice social areas for our New Year's celebration. We had great days and will be happy to come again to explore the place in the summer.

I liked everything very much, it is tidy, quiet, there is everything you need, good internet, a large veranda, near a bathing place, forests. Greeted, explained everything. Thank you very much. I recommend it.

The house is just perfect! Couldn't be better. The location, the yard is just amazing, we've been to may places but that one is just mind blowing. I would love to have such house, we would come back there for sure. Apart from being so perfect, it was clean and cosy. We highly recommend it to everybody :)

The two nights were too short,so I'm sure we'll be back. Patrick and Daniela and your children,thank you for your hospitality. Your animals are great. Cool if Lucas is just next to the car or if one of your cats come by for a cuddle or Emmy and Ida. Charlotte enjoyed the ride on Nicke and raved how dear Daniela and Lucy and Lucy were. This morning she picked up the donkey,which she found totally funny.

Very good house for a family with everything you need and the finest little playhouse if you come with smaller children. Great shopping opportunities within walking distance. A really nice summerhouse with easy opportunity to go to Vimmerby and Astrid Lindgren's World. If you like us come in an electric car, it is important to point out that pretty much just across the road is possible to let by just downloading an app - very easy! Clear recommendation to book Pavel's house and we would love to come back another time :)
