The apartment is small but nice and the balcony has a dream view of the sea. Check-in was super easy and the host responded super quickly to questions and helped. You can prepare simple dishes, basic dishes are available. The bed is comfortable and a good size. You can reach the old town in a few minutes, to the beach 15-20 minutes downhill (back up again). We felt comfortable

We enjoyed the stay in the middle of the old town very much. The apartment is equipped with a good standard. The bathroom, especially the shower, are small and smelled musty. The fantastic roof terrace can be reached via a narrow spiral staircase. The very good furnishings and the far-reaching view over the sea and the old town are outstanding and were a real highlight. The accommodation cannot be reached by car, but also the footpath over the old town pavement with the embedded steps make the luggage transport a little difficult. Small luggage is then a real advantage. Wifi would have been nice. We would book the place again.

We were definitely lucky to find good weather even though we went the last week of September, so I start autumn. the place is very quiet, we enjoyed ample privacy and silence. Antonio and his team are very friendly and kind, they have always helped us. the house has everything you need, clean and bright. thankfully we had a mosquito net, because it was full. i hope to come back next year.

We wish we had stayed longer here than what we did in the end. Giuseppe is what you would call an outstanding host, who cares to the utmost degree about his guests and serves them with pride. The house, with its charming knick knacks and endless places to explore, gives you this feeling of peace. The view from the balcony is incredible so take a seat in one of the hanging chairs, enjoy a glass of something and admire the beauty of nature. We are definitely coming back and staying longer next time!!! Thank you so much!!!

There were four of us with our two small children in the apartment and we felt very comfortable. Everything was clean and lovingly decorated for Christmas and Maria was always very accessible, helpful and super friendly. The apartment is very well located and the beautiful city center of Manfredonia is within walking distance. Overall, we were very satisfied and would be happy to come back. Small place but clean and equipped with everything you need. Salvatore was nice and helpful. Dinner two nights at the "red cup" that is really close by, friendly staff, well eaten both times, plus positive note (for those like us traveling with the wood in tow) no problem with access with the dog

Great location, Peschici beach reachable on foot in a few minutes, many amenities nearby. Air conditioning is essential because the place we stayed in was exposed all day. Bed linen and towels not included in the price for which it is advisable to take them from home. Friendly and helpful owners. Recommended!

We were greeted by Cosimo and Maria who made us feel at home. The place is quiet, the sea is beautiful and the pool is super clean. The apartment has all the comforts. We will definitely be back

Seemingly nice Missing some appliances like the coffee maker, microwave toaster....

the hospitality staff are responsive and very kind. The space with a large kitchen fits the needs of 2 adults with 1 child. The room is well laid out with a very comfortable large bed. The residence was quiet in early May however, the partitions are thin, you can hear the neighbors a little. The residence has a private beach with sunbeds as well as a swimming pool. On the other hand, the restaurant has quite high prices compared to other establishments frequented in the tourist region of Puglia. The dessert was expensive and barely defrosted. The dishes are not very hearty but very good.

Very nice accommodation located at the end of a holiday village, itself located 5 minutes from a beautiful blond sand beach. Despite being in a holiday village, the apartment is quietly located with a private garden and even a terrace with sea and village views, on the roof (be careful in summer it heats up!). For walkers, the village of Peschici is 15 minutes by foot (be careful!) but there is a convenience store 2 minutes from the very convenient accommodation when returning from the beach;). Several restaurants and beach bars are in the immediate vicinity. Gaia welcomed us and advised us in the presence of Danillo who spoke French. In short, great location to relax and discover the Gargano, the gateway to Puglia when you come from France🇫🇷.

The B& B Villa was the absolute best Airbnb we have ever stayed at. and we have stayed at a lot. The six rooms where more than enough and comfortable, each with a bathroom. For seven adults, the amenities were everything we needed to cook dinner, have lunch and breakfasts. there were play areas with a ping pong table and board games and a beautiful pool in the back with many lounge chais and a large charcoal BBQ with large outdoor dining table. The are dining areas inside and on the front porch. The views were magnificen, in the front the sea, and in the back the mountain. absolutely breathtaking. His wife Sarah and Michele where very helpful. to the point that Michele repaired the bottom of the rental car. There are no laundry machines we can use. but Sarah did the laundry for us, at no charge. As I said the Villa is an absolutely beautiful spot and a great time. We have no complaints.

Very nice house, very well maintained. Lucio and Marilina hosted us well. Access to the beach in 2 minutes allowed us to swim very early in the morning and late at night, and that's a privilege. The proximity of the campsites is not at all bothersome, and it offers a wide selection of restaurants. We highly recommend it.

The hosts are beautiful, kind, open and helpful people and this is what made our stay so special. The house and the terrace in front are very cozy and are well equipped, you can see that that Savino and Francesca arrange everything with love, care and style. Therefore, this house is most perfect for families / couples looking for a place where they can relax and have a quiet holiday. We went there at the end of September 2023. Even though we were very unlucky with the weather, we could swim as the sea is still quite warm. The beach area in general is very nice and perfect for kinds (as it does not go deep right away).

The semi-detached house is super located and well equipped. We were there in the low season in October. The direct neighboring house was free at the time, so we had a real detached house with full privacy. And private beach! The small deck chair rental guestro was of course already closed, and directly accessible via a few stairs of the empty beach. We used Enrico's beach chairs, so we had a few real beach days. In the afternoon, the area is always used by a young Moto-Cross driver, who is probably still too young for a driver's license...this can be a bit annoying, but only happened temporarily, but daily... there was not a disturbance during the night or in the morning...just the sound of the sea...we can highly recommend Enrico's house as a family!

We were welcomed by Lucrezia and her husband who showed us the house and gave us the first necessary directions to settle in; also when during the stay we happened to have questions they always responded promptly. They provided us with a high chair and a crib for our 2-year-old and, having two children, they left us some extra towels of various types in case of need. The apartment fully corresponds to the photos on the site and the terrace allows you to enjoy beautiful dinners overlooking the sea.

Very pleasant stay, the house is large and well furnished, complete with everything for the kitchen and the beach, beautiful terrace that unfortunately we could not enjoy at lunch because the umbrella was broken, I would have preferred to find the linen for the rooms and the bathroom maybe paying a little more. Recommended property and Host and if possible we will return!! Giorgio

Ideal location in a small typical and popular neighborhood… close to the city center, accessible on foot. Tastefully renovated apartment and very well equipped. The ideal spot to radiate in this beautiful area.

The listing matches the listing description. It's actually more spacious than I imagined. Comfortable and comfortable also for its location in the center of the village. The house is equipped with everything and remains quiet and reserved. Kind and helpful hosts. We will definitely be back.
