Hidden in the alleyways of time, the Insomnia Library is a book house and cultural space converted from an old house with about 42 years of history. We preserve the traces of the building's history, incorporating reading, travel, and the aesthetics of life to create a place where people can slow down, read quietly, and live deeply. There are 2 public spaces in the museum, which hold book exhibitions, sharing sessions, and local cultural events from time to time, and collect a large number of books, inviting you to browse and immerse yourself in the world of words. In addition, 6 unique accommodation spaces are planned to allow guests to enjoy a quiet time in the atmosphere of books and old houses. The Insomnia Library combines accommodation, book house and healing activities to create a haven of relaxation. The reading space is open 24 hours a day, suitable for nighttime reflection and self-talk; Chinese herbal tea or rice beer is provided as a welcome gift, night beer parties, village tours, massage and stress relief experiences are held from time to time, and cultural activities such as farming experiences and handmade red tortoise rice dumplings are also available, suitable for parents, children, travelers, and small groups. The accommodation space is a traditional open-air house, retaining wooden-framed begonia-patterned embossed glass and old-fashioned furniture, with sunlight penetrating the window and reflecting on the walls, full of nostalgia.
