Great apartment, large terrace in a prime location

A beautiful condominium, built in 2010, on the top floor with a huge roof terrace from which you can see the Greifswald church towers is available for rent. The apartment is only an 8-minute walk from the train station, the university or the market square - so central, but still quiet, on a side street. You live completely alone on the roof level of the building - like in a penthouse. The elevator goes down to the floor below. A shared launderette is available. Parking space in the yard.

Forest villa vacation home with tiny house for 9 people

Our forest villa, completed in 2025, is surrounded by numerous pine trees and is located directly in the coastal forest just 200m away from the beautiful sandy beach of the lakeside resort Lubmin. This is a unique wood-clad architectural house, consisting of two units that can be combined with each other. Together with the house "Gustav" and the adjacent tiny house "Franz", our modern forest villa can accommodate up to 9 guests in a unique environment directly in the pine forest.

Small Chamber: Country Vacation by the Sea | Rügen

The "Kleine Kammer" is part of a 300-year-old, family-run thatched-roof house – a place full of history, tranquility and sea air. It covers two floors and offers country house flair with a large kitchen, low living room, two bedrooms. The furnishings are deliberately kept simple. Many pieces of furniture are antique or from earlier decades – they preserve the original character of the house. The courtyard is lined with old fruit trees and roses – a retreat for nature lovers.

Built close to the water - 1 min. to the beach

Our cozy apartment consists of a double bedroom and a living room with sofa bed. Each with TV and Wi-Fi. The kitchen is practically equipped with everything you need. In the large shower room, there is a sauna that guests can use for an extra charge (electricity). The apartment also has its own terrace with seating and dining area and grill. The apartment is in the basement of the house but is bright and friendly. Separate access via the guest terrace.

You can spend time with your loved ones at this family-friendly place. The house, with its three bedrooms, ideally accommodates up to 6 adults and 4 children. Thanks to an extra bed in the gallery upstairs, it would be possible to accommodate 2 more people. Just 300 metres from the holiday home, the beach of the seaside resort of Lubmin offers wonderful relaxation away from the mass tourism. Here your children can play and bathe in the shallow water.
