Beautiful villa and very helpful host.

Amazing villa by the riverside - super spacious, comfortable, and clean. Beautiful views of the river from the garden and pool. Having access to a car was a nice inclusion which made getting around much more easy and relaxing. Perfect for a family or small group - would definitely stay here again.

Eric was gracious enough to accommodate my family and I. It had been 44 years since my grandparents had been back in Laos and Eric worked with me to get their dream stay booked in Luang Prabang. Everything is very much hands off, your arrival and departure are handled by Sone (the house manager) and custom breakfast is served daily by the house staff. The night market is about a 7 minute tuk tuk away, I would recommend finding one and grabbing their number to schedule future pick ups and drop offs. The house staff will also wash, dry, iron, and fold your clothes which was a huge plus during our stay. I highly recommend staying here as it was the highlight of our trip so far. Thank you Eric for being a great human being and allowing us to stay at your lovely abode. Lastly, I HIGHLY recommend 1991 Wat Sene Alley Restaurant for the best pho I had in Laos!

The place is lovely. Its modern, quiet and updated. Its a bit far from the center of town and restaurants but if you walk to the top of the road... which is a 5min walk... you can rent a tuk tuk for 100,000 KIP and you can go visit the night market to eat as well as stroll along the city center. Raphael is great. He is very responsive and helped us out arranging rides to and from the airport. His suggestion of talking to the Tuk Tuk driver and negotiating a 4 hour block to go visit temples and the palace is a good one. It saves a lot of time. Overall, this place is highly recommended.
