Chanthi is an incredible host and a lovely person! She welcomes you with a basket of fresh fruits and the warmest smile. The house is spacious and well-equipped, and the bed is very comfortable. It's a bit further from the city centre, and one of the bikes was a little tall for us, so we mostly walked or rented a motorbike. The neighbourhood dogs (all pets) can be unpredictable and bark at night, but once introduced, they become friendly. If you're afraid of dogs, talk to Chanthi—she'll happily find a solution. Overall, it was a memorable and highly recommended stay!

One of the best Airbnbs we’ve ever stayed in. Immaculately presented and the interior design was beautiful - Chris clearly has a flair for it. Conveniently located above his restaurant which happened to be by far the best we had in Laos - can see why we needed to book in advance. Chris went above and beyond to help us during our stay - very responsive to messages, helped us with exchanging money, a flexible check out time, storing our scooter safely overnight and ordering us a ride back to the airport. Would highly recommend.

Souly’s house is very modern. 3 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, a clean functional kitchen, a water filtration system. The house was exceptionally clean and we never saw a single bug in 13 nights. Very rural yet a 4 min walk from the start of bars and restaurants. Quiet and peaceful setting. The dogs off the property are barkers, but run behind the fence when they see you coming. All are pets, not street dogs. Souly is one of the best hosts I’ve ever had. She took us to a tribal village where they were celebrating something, by invite only. An incredible day; an incredible stay.

This is a real vacation home. Clean, quiet, safe, comfortable, easy to walk around the city. The owner is very kind and welcoming. I will definitely come back.

Had a great stay at Peninsular. The surrounding is fantastic. The property is clean, local-like, and accessible within walking distances to nearby attractions and chill places. Amenities provided inside the property is sufficient and appropriate. Had received great reception and guidance from the host and helpful recommendations throughout the stay. Location is superb, environment is tranquil and full of Laos authentic vibrants, and the stay is chill. Friendly host with excellent English speaking facilitates our stay and discovery of Luang Prabang attractions that is not to be missed. Although it is a short stay, but it is such a memorable and unforgettable trip and stay in this property. Thank you host !!

I really enjoyed my week stay there and the owner (French) was one of the most helpful hosts I ever had. They picked me up from station! Place was well taken care with good amenities. Aircon was life saving haha! I really appreciated the bycicle, you can get to old town maybe in less than 10 min. Unfortunately two things need to be noted before you book. Firstly - there is no glass windows, just mosquitiera+wood. Which makes it super dark all the time there. Helps with heat, but going to sleep and waking up dark is like living in prison cell. As long as you wake up with sunrise and go out you be fine, otherwise it's quite depressing. It's also noisy! I was lucky that during my stay construction nearby was stopped. It only resumed on the last day and it was really loud :( also neighbors are noisy too, with even having loud fights at 1am and you can hear every word. I would still consider staying again, Eric (owner) was super kind and helpful. Just note those things before you stay.

I guess that its one of the best options in Lyangprobang. This place is absolutely modern, new, cozy and the host is super supportive and friendly. Yes, its not cheap, but its definitely fair price. You will see the river very close, yoy will see the real Laos life abd real people. I appreciate Souphany for everything. It was amazing experience. I work remotely and need good wifi. Wifi is brilliant, super-strong, I was able to have video calls with Africa without any issues. Well, it was very right decision to rent this apartment. Just one note. The pictures you see, this is not one apartment. There are several. Souphany sent me the pictures of my apartment, so everything was absolutely perfect. Souphany, thank you so much

We contacted Danho while driving, shortly before our arrival in the city. Danho answered kindly and was available to unswer to all our questions. When we arrived at the apartment, we were surprised to find that it looks even better than the pictures! The colonial design is impressive - arches, wooden shutters, high ceiling. A huge shower room, which includes a bathtub like in the movies, a shower and two sinks and everything is beautifully designed. The beds are comfortable and inviting. There is a living room in the apartment and a desk. The location is perfect! Close to the night market and an area with excellent restaurants. Highly recommend! I'm sure I'll come back here.

We stayed in a triple room near Luang Prabang, and it exceeded our expectations. Though the entrance was a bit tricky to find (look for the Jasmine sign near Joma Cafe), the rest was perfect. The room was clean, well-furnished, and cozy, with daily housekeeping. The hot and cold water system worked flawlessly, and tea, coffee, and bottled water were refilled daily, adding to the comfort. The location is fantastic—just steps from the night market, making it easy to explore the National Museum, Mount Phousi, and enjoy evening strolls. In the morning, plenty of food stalls and the morning market are nearby. Highly recommend for its convenience, comfort, and value!

We stayed for 12 days, the sanitation was good, and we loved the configuration of the room. Worth recommending

First of all, the host, the house is quite nice, keep up with the times, the location is good, clean, very satisfied, there is no opinion, thank you.Secondly, by borrowing this comment about the guest house next door, it needs to be stated, don't go to the next guest house (sokmisay2) and rent a motorbike, we have a painful lesson, that d**n Japanese lady (obasan) is a pure scammer and bad guy, for the money has already abandoned the moral bottom line, it is not human at all, it has become an animal, please don't pity them.We were going to rent the motorbike next door, 2 days, but she deliberately took the bad motorcycle to us, we chose a little better, but was asked for unreasonable high price, it was completely broken, I filled up the oil, but I had to hastily push back to find her, she did not change, change other money to add, not refunded, also purposely extorted for the expensive repair cost, find her theory, completely unable to communicate, and swearing threatening us, in the end, can't just pay her high repair fee, let her change her car, she verbally responded, but she rude rushed us out of our hands, grab the money, didn't give us the car, but let us go.My parents are getting old and don't want to be entangled with such a wicked person, and they don't want to argue about fighting, so in the end we're gone without anything.It is understood that she extorted more than us and there are many other people in addition to their Japanese.Also the police didn't seem to be useful, maybe they were in a group.Believe in karma, good and good, evil with evil, hope that those who have justice in the future can teach them a little lesson and let them know how to do a person.
