Excellent choice for convenience. Walkable distance to Lippo Mall located in a core area. Me and my family spent the our time enjoying ourselves in the house with karaoke, pool and BBQ. Has excellent taste in making karaoke more alive. The neighborhood also chill and pleasant to eyes.

For me, this place is almost perfect. The place is cozy, private, and clean. There are only a few notes that friends may need to pay attention to. 1. The distance from the car park and the front door requires a short walk, about 1-2 minutes. Short but quite troublesome if you bring a suitcase or a lot of stuff. Luckily the host was helpful enough in bringing the things we brought 2. You are only given 1 key, which is the front door key/main key. There are no other locks on other doors, such as bedroom doors, bathroom doors, etc. For those of you traveling with families, it may not be too much of a problem. In addition, your privacy may be reduced

The host is super duper nice, friendly, and responsive. Complete amenities. Complete kitchenware ranging from glasses, plates, bowls, spoons, to pots, rice cookers, kettles. Free snacks, instant noodles, sugar, tea etc. It's really comfortable to feel like you're in a star hotel. Strategic location. There is a place to hang out in front of the villa or in the side garden, for those who have kids, they will definitely be happy because there is a swing in the garden hehe. If I go to Batu, I'll definitely stay at the monochrome villa again. Thank you for the hospitality 😍🥰

The house is clean and comfortable, but the water pressure in the bathroom is not strong and there is a door that can't be closed. The rest is good so it's recommended to stay at this place

This place is perfect for unwinding from work at the office. Or stop for a tour in Batu or Malang. Or also for parents to attend graduation or preparation for entering KAMPUS MALANG. Complete cooking utensils and cutlery, Cleaning tools are provided, vacuum, mop, etc. Bathroom, clean bedroom (already vacuumed), equipped with blankets and fans in each room, no need for air conditioning because the air is cold:) Spacious and clean kitchen, and the toilet can be sat on plus there is a handle suitable for the elderly or squatting Children are also provided with a water pool so they don't get bored and also bean bags and swings, plus firewood. There's a water heater in the bathroom, because it's cold in here. Spacious car parking can fit 2-3 small cars, the owner is the best, friendly and very responsive, God willing we highly recommend this place to relatives and friends who want to go to Malang

The owner is responsive, the house keeper is friendly and very much the guest privacy doesn't ask much. Fully equipped house, you leave from home just bring enough clothes because everything is already provided. The position of the homestay is easy to find behind the security post so it's safe. Sometimes the water likes not to come out but after saying to the security guard is immediately assisted and the water flows again. just a recommendation

The place is exactly like photos, very clean, fully equipped kitchen utensils, complete toiletries, towels, prayer mats & smart TVs in every room. Pillows, fragrant clean sheets, blankets. Everything is wholesome & sterile. It's not disappointing. The area is safe & private. Near many culinary spots. Recommended & will come here again insyaAllah. Ka Sari is very communicative & helpful. Only if the car is big..the fence can't be closed but it's still safe because there is a security guard around every hour & one gate system. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

The price according to the facilities offered is perfect for families/friends with 7 people facilities. Very complete facilities there is a microwave, electric stove, cold hot dispenser, water heater in every bathroom, there is a living room with a large sofa of 2 pieces and air conditioning in each bedroom. The private cluster environment makes comfort perfect.

Love to stay here.. the building is nice, the environment is quiet and beautiful.. Rooms are quite big and all are air conditioned. The furniture of the room is quite complete. We stayed for 5 days (4 nights) due to children's graduation events at the end of the year. The location is relatively not far from the UB campus, located in the center of Malang, relatively easy to get to various culinary destinations or tourist attractions. We are a family of 6 with 2 grandmothers.. Unfortunately there is no bathroom down (only a toilet), so the two grandmothers had to go upstairs if they wanted to take a shower. The lower area for the living room and dining room is also adequately furnished. It would be more fun if there were karaoke supplies in the family room and a microwave in the kitchen. Good experiences happened..
