The pool, spa, and backyard are exclusively yours — no one else shares these spaces. Just so you’re aware, my wife and I live in the main house at the front. While you may occasionally hear us, we’re very quiet and respectful of your space. Your retreat is fully private, we absolutely respect that. This house is on a quiet street and close to Parramatta riverside walk track. Aldi supermarket and Ryde Aquatic Center are only mintues walk.
