Walking distance to an Ica store (open 9:00 a.m. – 8:00 p.m.), a restaurant/pizzeria, an outdoor swimming pool with a 25-meter pool, and a large playground with a multi-purpose court, barbecue area, and a boules court. Estimated cycling and hiking environment. 2 km to Skåneleden.

Cozy two-room apartment with kitchenette, shower & toilet. Private entrance from the garden, which you can also enjoy. Patio where you can also barbecue. Bed linens & towels are included. During the summer vacation, Östra Färsbadet, a heated leisure pool, is within walking distance. Lövestad Åsar & Skåneleden are also nearby, and you can walk around the cozy village and read the approximately 50 historical signs that are posted on several of the houses in the center. In the village, there is a well-stocked Ica Nära, open from 9 am to 8 pm, and Crown Pizzeria, which also has Indian food.

Panoramic view of the Baltic Sea, 15 meters to a beach with a jetty and a beach bar. Fall asleep and wake up to the noise of waves. Two beds where you are located on the front row and look out over the sea. Kitchenette with two hot plates, microwave, coffee maker, fridge and freezer. Small dining area, two armchairs, TV, Wi-Fi. Bathroom with shower and toilet. Large terrace, gas grill. The house is located in the middle of the coastal village of Svarte, about 6 km to Ystad where you can easily drive by car or bike along the sea. Bus stop and train station with good public transport.

Guesthouse of approx. 50 sq.m (538 sq. ft), a few kilometers outside Ystad. Here you live quietly and peacefully right next to the fields in a farm environment. Outside the patio door, there is a private patio facing south. Car can be parked right outside the house. In the house there is a bedroom on the ground floor with a double bed (180cm) and in the sleeping loft, which is reached by a step ladder, there are two single beds (90cm x 2). Cot is available to borrow. The bike path will take you all the way to Ystad (about 7 km to the city center), there are bikes to borrow.

In summer, there is a swimming pool and in winter, there are two stoves, a wood-fired sauna and a wood-fired hot tub. Barbecue area, parking, large green area and close to the forest and countryside. Open space on the bottom floor with living room and kitchen. Toilet, bathroom and 5 bedrooms on the bottom floor. 3 open mezzanine floors with flying stairs to 3 bedrooms. These mezzanine rooms are open without doors or railings.
