It is only a 5 minute drive to Peterson's Champagne house, and 10 minutes to Hunter Valley Gardens. Fully air-conditioned and sitting on a large block so you have plenty of space. Very convenient to amenities, with only a short 5 minute drive to local supermarkets. It is also a great house for a family (or two), or for a group of friends wanting to get away and have a break.
